Idk but the cheese bread was way better don’t know if cook needs to be changed or what but this pizza horrible wasn’t cut properly I had to rip the pizza apart.. I thought I ordered Marcos

I'm really disappointed with my recent experiences at Pizza Hut. It seems like every time I order, something goes wrong. Tgis was the 2nd time and not doing that again from this store. This time, they messed up my order...again, and when I called to complain, the customer service was unhelpful. Offering me a credit for ONLY this store is crazy, why would I want to keep ordering from the same store that keeps messing up my order. Make it make sense. It's frustrating to pay for a service and consistently receive such poor quality. I hope Pizza Hut takes these issues seriously and works to improve both their order accuracy and customer service.

The workers are very rude. They have attitude when you ask for estimate time frame. I will eat out of the dumpster before I eat at the Pizza Hut on Rancier. Their customer service is trash.

Waited about 10 minutes in the drive-thru to pick up my food up, and no one even came to the window. So I had to pull around to the front and park to go inside. Then, proceeded to wait there another 5 minutes until someone came to the front. No apologies, no, hi just, do you have an order? Grabbed it and gave it to me and left. Food wasn't even good, trashed it after a bite.

The restaurant is very clean and that's comforting. No problem with any of my orders taste or prep wise. Had gotten the wrong pizza a couple weeks ago but that got taken care of, 50% my fault for not checking my order. They were busy and computer system was down. Other than that every take out and delivery has been great so far.

Terrible customer service! It’s high we understand that customer work just as hard for there money. I placed an order over the phone and I was told 30mins. I called and asked for an update for the delivery, the manager was very rude so I asked for a refund and he hung up on me. Went to the store and I was met with even more disrespect from the same manager.

Man I came to pick my pizza up the lady opens it then starts aligning the slices of pizza with her bear hands walk out the door and threw it right away tell them to check the camera don’t not eat here not clean at all
Came in and there was maybe 6+ employees in the store not a single person managing the cashier. Just stood there for 6 minutes simply to pickup my order. Really bad customer service.

Horrible experience with Larry the driver in the F 150! When he finally arrived he said and I quote while handing me the receipt “I don’t do hands!” What is the suppose to mean??? You delivering food… what I am I missing???? Then, the store and him called numerous times. I wasn’t bothered he act like he can’t tell colors. I told them the color of building! I called to report his weird behavior… after waiting on hold he was in the background he said “she probably mad we blowing up her phone!” I asked the manager who said it she said it was Larry! They will never get my money!

I don’t know when pizza huts standards went down the drain, but a grease-soggy stuffed crust pizza with undercooked dough, and an actual hair in my chicken Alfredo pasta were not on my list of expectations today.
