Hit or miss with this Pizza Hut. Sometimes everything is hot and fresh or food seems like it was sitting for a while. Employees don’t seem to enjoy their job at all and it shows.Parking: Parking lot has plenty of potholes and is quite small.

I have ordered 4 different times from this place, The first time they forgot the drinks and had to return 30 minutes later after calling and complaining, The second time it took 1 hour and 30 minutes to get the pizza delivered even after the app said it would be 35 minutes the pizza left the store at 40 minutes and I guess took a little tour of Killeen for the next 50 Minutes. The third time they forgot the cheese shakers, I ordered 4 of them for 2 pizzas and received 0. The last time was the same issue I ordered 4 cheese shakers and received 1. This is the worst Pizza place I have ever dealt with, I could understand 1 in 4 mistakes but not every time, There pizza is great that is why I return. But the quality check or the Management is horrible, I have complained several times to the franchise and they do not care about there customers at all. This place needs a complete makeover. Please go anywhere else but this place, You will definitely be disappointed.
