I usually don’t leave reviews, but this experience was so unbelievably disappointing that it deserves attention. I ordered from Pizza Hut thinking I’d get a reliable meal — big mistake. First of all, the order took almost an hour longer than the estimated time, and when it finally arrived, it looked like someone had dropped the box, kicked it around a little, and then decided to deliver it anyway. The pizza was lukewarm, soggy, and missing half the toppings I paid extra for. I don’t know who decided “three pepperoni slices on the entire pizza” was acceptable, but clearly quality control is not a priority here.
To make things worse, the crust tasted old — like it had been sitting out all day. It was dense, chewy, and borderline stale. The cheese barely qualified as cheese; it had that weird rubbery texture like it had been reheated from a leftover buffet tray. The sauce was watery and bland, and honestly, frozen pizza from the grocery store tastes better than whatever this was supposed to be.
I tried calling the store to fix the order, but after being placed on hold for 15 minutes, someone finally answered only to tell me there was “nothing they could do.” No apology, no offer to remake it, not even a hint of customer service. Just pure rudeness and a “not our problem” attitude.
To top it all off, the breadsticks were cold and dry like they’d been sitting under a heat lamp from the night before, and the dipping sauce cup wasn’t sealed properly — it had leaked all inside the bag. Absolutely disgusting.
I’m honestly shocked this place is still open. For the price I paid, I expected at least edible food, not a box of disappointment and frustration. I won’t be ordering from Pizza Hut again, and I genuinely recommend anyone reading this to save your money and go literally anywhere else — even gas station pizza would have been a better option.

Ordered the personal pan pizza and the pizza was given to me in an aluminum pan, pizza was stuck to the pan, which ripped the pizza, I requested a remake and the pizza be made in the cast iron, the manager refused to refund my money and would only give a credit, said they was too busy to make my pizza in a cast iron, he eventually made my pizza in a cast iron after telling him I want my money or he can remake the pizza the way I want

On August 8, 2025, my 14-year-old son went to Pizza Hut to redeem a free mini pizza voucher he earned at school. After waiting over 15 minutes, two employees laughed and mocked him, then gave him a cheese pizza with Alfredo sauce instead of the pepperoni pizza he ordered. They told him he needed to wait another 15 minutes, also in a mocking tone. I was waiting in the car and when I came inside, the employees acted dismissive and said the pizza would be ready in 7 minutes, still laughing. This made my son feel humiliated and ridiculed. I don’t know if their attitude was because the pizza was free—I could have paid for it—but my son was proud to earn the voucher and just wanted to redeem it. I hope Pizza Hut takes this seriously and treats customers with respect.

Does not give any ranches with orders . Not even with orders that you spend over $50-60 they charge 89cent per ranch cup ranch no longer comes with anything. Rude management. Go to Ranciers location they don’t charge extra and the manger is VERY kind hearted . Plus food comes out way better and bigger portions!

Ordered one medium pizza on door dash for $30 dollars paid for it to be delivered and I received a mangled pizza. It was overflowing it sauce, the crust was soaked in sauce like they dumped in on there. My kids wouldn't touch it and I don't blame them it looked disgusting. Waisted $30 on dinner tonight.

👀Ordered well done, extra crispy thin. Recieved what my wife referred to as an uncooked flour tortilla stuck to the box. Spoke to a manager who stated that because i’m from out of town and residing at the STAYapt Inn&Suites that he could do nothing for me but instructed me to call back tomarrow & ask for Amber. I will be at work so it’s not like I can leave my job to go to PizzaHut🙄 #NEVERagain😏
