Have anyone else been forced logged out of the Pizza Hut account just to lose all their points in the app? This has happened now twice and I’ve emailed about it and no communication back.

They told me it would take 15 minutes for my order @ it took 1 hour instead. Service is very out of order!!!! This type of service needs to stop or just retrain those lying employees or fire them!!!!!

Not a fan of cold pizza and wings. How hard to put into a pizza sleeve to keep it warm. Maybe also that it’s was late by 3 minutes.. but the pizza it self was food after I microwaved it.

This is the second time We waited forever for our food to arrive. It was all cold and soggy. We bought our house 2 years ago and have had great service and food. At least once a week we would order. The last few months this Pizza Hut has gone downhill fast. The manager offered me my money back on the next order but I am not sure there will be one.There are to many pizza places in the area to go through this again. We live maybe 3 blocks away and there is no reasonable excuse for are food to be nasty and cold.
Very nice and friendly service. I had a pizza melt. Very delicious.

Ordered carryout and arrived maybe 15 minutes after placing order. Everything I ordered was kinda dried out like it had been sitting there for a long while. Ate what I could but ended up getting pretty sick last night from it. It was kind of a shame considering I haven’t had pizza hut for years and wanted to try it again. Unfortunately the nostalgia was not able to overcome the clearly dried out pizza and whatever illness that accompanied the food. Safe the say the food returned from the same place it entered my body.
