Preps were delicious, heads up though there address here is incorrect. I went here during my lunch only to find the building locked and a note on the outside saying they were located down the street inside a supplement store.When I got there I bought two meals. The chicken buffalo sweet potato was delicious but the turkey chili was meh.Overall this is definitely a better option than fast food.Side note the woman who rang my food up said starting 10/1/23 all orders will need to be pre-ordered and they wouldn’t have extra meals to purchase. Not sure if that’s true since I haven’t gone back since but something to keep in mind.

I must say, I bought some dinner meals this past week and I was not disappointed. The service was great, they were humble as can be, and most of all, the food was great. Thank y'all for a great experience. I will definitely be ordering again.

This business and the chefs are absolutely amazing!I have lost 20lbs since I started working with them in May 2023-August 2023 (nutrition + exercise). They have a wide variety of meals to choose from that are reasonably priced and you don't have to eat the same meal twice. They are a much better alternative to fast food.The meals leave me satisfied without feeling stuffed and miserable. Each meal includes nutritional information so you know how many calories, carbs, and protein you're consuming. The chefs are kind, professional, and will work closely with you (this includes meal modifications) to help you obtain your nutritional goals (weight loss/gain and/or muscle gain).It also serves as a restaurant so the food is made fresh while you wait. If you don't have time to wait, they have meals available for you to grab and go from the refrigerator.They are worth checking out, especially if your busy lifestyle keeps you on the go. I ordered food online and have called the company for 2 days now to see when my food will be delivered and no one has called me

I placed an order online, and they told me there was a 24 hour turnaround ? I didn’t know, they still made my order and let me know, I was super grateful for that. The food was so good, I will definitely order in advance next time they have so many great looking meals to choose from.

The food is always fresh, seasoned to perfection and delicious. They have meals that cater to most diets and can definitely assist you with special diet requests. You will not be disappointed.The staff is always friendly and professional. Will definitely go back!

Great nutritional foods that taste good! High protein meals just what I need! Great when you are on the go . They even have a hot menu for fresh food cooked on the spot. Love this place highly recommend.

The food has no right to taste as good as it does! I've been using their meals to help keep me on track when I don't have the energy or time to meal prep. Way better alternative than eating out! I haven't found one thing I haven't liked yet.

Great food... My favorite is the hibachi chicken.. very delicious ! Great service friendly workers!
