Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers

I recently visited the Raising Cane's location on Fort Hood Road and went through the drive-thru, where the staff exhibited poor customer service and rushed me. Upon reaching the window, they handed me drinks without specifying what they were, and I had to ask for ketchup, which was not included. After a five-minute wait in line, I received fries that lacked freshness. When I got home, I realized my debit card was missing, and I contacted the store. They advised me to return in 30 minutes, which was inconvenient given my 30-minute distance from the location. What they failed to mention was that they were dealing with an emergency situation. Upon my return, they informed me that they were unable to retrieve my debit card due to the impending store closure and told me to call back at 7:00 a.m. Unfortunately, when I called at 7:00 a.m., I was still unable to recover my debit card.

TERRIBLE!!! Closed on 9:40 PM on a Saturday night. Banner on the building and online website state it is open late. Don’t trust driving there for food.

Love me some Rasin Canes, the food is great, service is always fast and friendly. I definitely recommend them

The food was great! Although some prices were chewy and unseasoned service was amazing though there was this one rude girl and one of our cups broke 3 times! We had to keep getting new ones, the atmosphere was horrible, it was WAYYY to loud. And there was almost no clean tables and it was extremely cold so if you go bring a jacket!

The chicken is really good except when it tastes like styrofoam. Aren’t they supposed to add paper or something to protect the food from burning and adhering to the container?

The manager (Will) and Shantell were exceptionally nice. They made a personal trips to our table to accommodate my wife and I. This place deserves 10 stars.

My first time going through drive thru and I had no idea if I ordered right!!! ? The clerks that made sure I got it right I gave gold dollars for the thanks and I still have not seen them since!! They really made the experience well worth it. Yeah, even for something as simple as going thru a drive thru!!!!
