We probably should've taken a hint from the fact that there were almost no cars outside. With no cars, you would think that the crew would be ready to serve us. Welp! Nope! After ordering 3 alcohol drinks, they came with a layer of water. They were sent back only to have the bartender add a shot to the already watered down drinks. We waited 40 minutes for our food to come out. But WAIT! We mentioned to the manager, Cory our concerns and our requests were completely dismissed with absolutely no apologies. They only reason this review gets a 2 is for the food. Service was iffy. And only because we repeatedly had to ask for the same thing over and over. It's been since 2020 that I've eaten at a Red Lobster. This is the first and last time at this location! PERIODT
We had a wonderful Sunday, after church dinner. Our waitress, Khya and the manager Erica were fabulous. In fact, the entire staff was VERY hospitable.The food was delicious, affordable and plentiful. I love the new addition to the menu and appreciated the foundational items still being available.Red Lobster is a classic in our communities. I'm glad to see that its traditional format has been preserved.

We had an amazing server named Elizabeth. She was very personable and provided excellent service. She made our dining experience very pleasant. She made sure our drinks were always full and checked back with us several times to see if there was any thing else we needed. We ordered the Mariner's Boil and it was very good and such a generous portion, we had to ask for to go boxes to take the rest home. The leftovers were enough for another meal. I would definitely order it again.
Went for lunch in July 29 2025 had the Sailors platter with flounder shrimp scampi and pop corn shrimp . It was excellent . Food was hot and good lunch portions very generous . My server was great too. This Red Lobster never disappoints . I live in Temple and drive out just to eat here . They have the best fried flounder of any food chain . The frozen margaritas are excellent as well. Red Lobster is my favorite . I even tipped the cook the food was so good today

I came in craving what I usually get and unfortunately it wasn’t on the menu. Our server Josh was friendly and attentive. He talked to the manager, a wonderful lady name Erika, and she made my food as best as she could with the ingredients she had. And I have to say it was perfectly delicious. Probably better than what I’ve had before. In conclusion the service was 10/10
