Customer service at this location is the worst. I always call my order in ahead so that the transaction can be quick, but it never is. Today when I got there, I waited at the Take Out counter for 5+ mins as several employees just looked at me as they walked past me and never acknowledged me. It took an employee who had already clocked out to finally ask if I had been helped. Then when I was given my order, I noticed that they got my drink order wrong. For some reason, that ended up not being a simple fix because the employee entered it wrong in the computer and charged me too much. All together, I waited 25+ mins for two drinks and an order of biscuits. Unbelievable

We got delicious biscuits as soon as we ordered. We came at 5:00 on a Saturday. There were only about five groups in the restaurant, and we waited about twenty minutes for our meal. I ordered the shrimp alfredo and the coconut shrimp. The alfredo was a good portion size, but the shrimp's tails were still on! I wasn't expecting the coconut shrimp to be breaded, but they tasted good. The food is a little overpriced for the quality, but I like that the portion sizes aren't crazy like at similar chain restaurants.

We had a large group of around 50 people, enough to panic even the most experienced server. The Manager was also on hand to help. The service and speed were on par with expectations for such a larger group. The atmosphere and the friendliness of the staff werr top notch. I am poor with names, but our server was friendly and quick to please, juggling her half of the room with expertise and a calm, friendly manner. Kudos to her (Manager T, let her know, I would guess you would remember us). Thanks for the lighter to light the camdles on the birthday cake, and thanks for the great experience!!

Went today at about 1:40 . When we walked in we weren’t greeted which was fine ; Bt we stood at the front for about 7 minutes before we were acknowledged or even seated . Literally no one was there at the moment except for maybe one other guest/customer . Anyways after we were seated the host brought us biscuits “cold” then the waitress came over some minutes later she didn’t even introduce herself or smiled which is fine .. We ordered an appetizer “the crab queso” and 2 bar drinks and water she went missing for about 10mins and came back empty handed not even the waters we ordered “like a normal REGULAR Bare minimum semi good waitresses” no nothing . She let us know that she thinks there was no queso dip she couldn’t press it on the menu “whatever that means” And that the bartender was taking other drink orders “ he was literally just at a booth talking to another worker ?” literally no one else was in this place . Don’t understand why the service was so bad … anyways we left due to the service or lack of that we received & just went to our normal seafoood place HOOK & REEL where you actually are welcomed soon as you walk in and given great service .. Literally was in there for 20+ minutes and didn’t accomplish or receive anything Bt cold biscuits .. Don’t recommend this particular red lobster .

My family and I come at least 2 times a month. And I can tell you this something is going great in the back of the house. The food coming out is faster than before and taste amazing. Besides the fact of a lot of items on the menu they are out of and hoping management will handle this. I can see a change has been done.

When we were sitted the waitress came to our table, we waited at least 15 to 20 minutes before we were able to order. I spent a lot of money there my food was not as warm as it should have been. I really was upset because we waited a while to get our order there were people around that were getting their order! Big disappointment!Kid-friendliness: Because children can eat there because they have a kid friendly menu

For the most part I love Red Lobster. I frequently treat myself to delivery when I’ve had a long day at work or stressing over school assignments. I am not one to leave a bad review, but common sense is not a lot to ask for. I shouldn’t have to call every time I order to remind them to secure my bag for delivery. Placed an order 2 weeks ago and the bag was open, no sticker across the center for safety or even a few staples. I called the restaurant and asked that they please look into this for future orders. I ordered again this evening and was so upset, I just threw the order away. The bag was AGAIN wide open and the food looked like it had been tampered with. The box to my shrimp scampi was slightly opened and the sauce was all over the bag. The small bag to the biscuits was also opened as if someone had placed their hand in it. I hate accusing anyone without proof so unfortunately, I had to take the loss. I am better off ordering fast food where it’s less expensive and my order will be secured. Extremely disappointed!!

I would not recommend this restaurant. I'm usually a patient person but after 35 minutes with neither the drinks, appetizers or food being delivered my wife and I decided to walk out at 40 minutes.
