As a white dude married to a Filipina who eats mostly Filipino food and has been to the Philippines, this spot feels like the islands. I love being in Cebu and the feel to this place is exactly that. The staff are always super friendly. It’s fun when you’re a white dude and can speak their language. It makes you stand out and makes the experience more authentic. I’ve brought my wife with me here and we both agree that while the food is good, it does have a Filipino hint it also seems like the flavors have been toned down for the American palate. Y’all can’t handle real Filipino food. When I tell people what I eat in the Philippines they can never believe me. So I think this place has the taste without being over the top. I normally get the dinaguan or lechon. The dinaguan is good but I don’t think they use organ meat in it. I think it’s just pork belly and the broth isn’t that thick blood broth you get in the ph. But it’s still good and I think they made it easier for the locals here to eat it. The lechon is always good, nice and crispy! I’m very picky with lumpia my mother in law makes the best and I use her as the standard. While these lumpia’s are good they aren’t moms and that’s ok it’s still good. My in laws are great cooks so I’ve been spoiled. I wish they had some Filipino street foods as the Philippines is known for that. But all in all I love going here, I love getting to try and speak to them in their language (they speak English just fine it’s just fun to throw people off) I go here every weekend when I work on south fort hood.
If yall see this add lechon bulaklak and balut to the menu please.

I ordered a large pancit and about 40 lumpia on short notice for a last minute get together. Sarah's kitchen came through. I had to try the lumpia as soon as I got to the car. They were bomb, after checking another 6 more times I confirm that it was bomb, a good representation of the culture. Now the pancit was fire 🔥. Thank you so much for getting this together for me. If you ever need a filipino food, I think I found my spot and yall should try too. I'm half black and filipino so I can give this place 2 👍🏾 👍🏾 up. My mom just moved from las vegas to Texas, I'll be taking her tomorrow.
Nag order ako dto kanina, lechon kawali is a little hard and chewy atsaka fish with pakbet were ok but the spaghetti and fried chicken were my favorite. It’s like Jollibee . I’ll come back for more !! Update : we went back and ordered the spaghetti with fried chicken , it was not the same so disappointed! :(

I love Filipino food, and this place is not it, they have no sense of customer service, there’s so many flies in the restaurant and no one is doing anything about it, you try and have a conversation with the staff about something you’ve ordered numerous times and all they wanna do is tell you how wrong you are. “ROCSI FILIPINO CUISINE” is 200 times better than Sarah’s!! Sarah’s food taste like something coming out of a package, “ROCSI FILIPINO CUISINE” taste more like home cooking!! At all cost avoid Sarah’s kitchen unless you want food that’s been surrounded by flies all day!! Go to “ ROCIS FILIPINO CUISINE” They’re down the street next to the old C&H and big Zach’s tire shacks! They’re a whole a lot better!!

I ordered combo 1 the noodles were dry, the rice was bland no salt no flavor, my husband ordered combo 15 the noodles were ok but enough sauce, no napkins. Seems too much rationalizing in this place...never going back again.

Called in an order and was not ready when they said it would be. Came and had to wait. The turkey lumpia was awful. The chicken adobo dish with pancit was just so so.
