Shipley Do-Nuts

The brand itself it a good company I have been to several around the Killeen area but none of them did me how this establishment has. I purchased a kolache and it was uncooked, very doughy , I called to inform them and they stated to bring it back and it will be replaced. I declined the replacement because I was heading to an appointment and I just wouldn’t trust another from them since the first one was like that. Manager had no empathy, only wanted me to waste more time to bring back a uncooked 3.00 kolache. I surely did take it back to get my money back and still nothing for my inconvenience. All good because I left my review to warn others.
Please check the items, I would have been sick as a dog two days before thanksgiving

I came here right before going to church to get a milk and a donut for my toddler, she threw up all on the church floor and when I looked they had sold me a past due milk. That is disgusting!

These donuts are different than Krispy Kreme & Dunkin but they are really good. The girl who waited on my was polite and professional. Very clean Resturant. Highly recommend. Freshly brewed coffee.

Please don't get me wrong, I love Shipley Do-Nuts. But from the horrible customer service i received today I would never go back to this location again. When I walked in there was nobody at the front counter and I waited for a few minutes then, the associate that works there came from the back. She asked what I wanted I told do-nut holes. She grabs the back then goes to tell me that I have to buy them at the drive thru. I asked why is that because the sign outside says different. She didnt respond so I told im okay you have a good day. I'm not trying to sound like a Karen but i think that was so unprofessional. But with all the being said Shipley Do-Nuts next to McDonald's will never get my business again.

I gotta dozen mixed donuts today. They were good. But they're filled donuts, do not have a lot in them. 😭 They need more filling inside the donuts 🙏

The small kolaches are just weiners, so not as good as they used to be, but filling if you buy two. The donuts are still good, especially when they arr fresh and warm. Service is always great.

I placed an online order and received an email stating that my order would be ready for pickup at 6:19 pm. When I arrived, the lady who was working informed me she had already started to throw my donuts away, so she couldn't fulfill my order.
I asked why I hadn't been called, and she responded with 'I don't know'. I then asked how I could get a refund, to which she again replied 'I don't know'.
Regardless of my questions and concerns, she continuously said 'I don't know' in response. Being a first-time customer, I will be calling the store today to try and get my refund!

I was ordering and they were out of raspberry filled and I had asked if they could make more because I had saw people making donuts in the back and the lady that was working told me specifically “we can’t. Can’t you see how busy we are” I’m not the one to ever complain but that was so disrespectful.

This place was cute, my husband and I went inside and ended up ordering. You can tell this place has been around for a while, not as lively as other donut shops I’ve been to. But the woman there helped us and she was nice!

I ended up getting the raspberry filled and cream cheese filled donuts and my husband ended up getting blueberry filled and cream cheese filled! They are were really good. We still enjoyed them.

This is a good donut place to stop by and get some donuts to go!
