Terrible customer service, had them ignore me after waiting in line for 10 mins to take care of the drive through that was there long after I was. Then when I got there they were somehow completely out of kolaches???? Terrible. Didn't even end up getting anything.

I ordered online and the “do-nuts” were GOOD! I had a taste for something sweet and I saw I had a discount from a delivery service (which I didn’t get to use) so I tried them and thankfully they were good.

The ladies that are at this location are truly amazing. So sweet and nice. I pulled through the drive thru and one of the ladies was talking to a customer, as if they’ve known each other for years. I loved to see that. I plan to visit this location more often. Everything was fresh and hot
The woman working this morning was SO kind, helpful, and polite. It was a nice first experience with humanity first thing in the morning. The place also looked very clean and the donuts were great! Will be back. Thanks!

The only thing I have to say about Shipley's is the kologies The sausage is just a pinky size not even enough cheese or jalapenos wasn't there It was more bread It was more bread than anything and I paid over $5 for 2 of them that really wasn't worth it come on guys need to step up on your game I know inflation is hard I know I know inflation is hard but to rip-off the customers that's not good have a great day
