They don't know how to fill donuts. Kolaches were poor.I worked at a donut shop for 5 years ... My experience here was just sad tbh.

Amazing service! This Shipley's is further from my home than all the others but close to my job. I desperately wanted a maple bacon donut. They currently don't make them at this location (they do have regular maple). The young man at the counter was so nice and did everything he could to accommodate. I will return.

The young Asian lady that works here is always very nice.. they don’t have a big coffee menu but she managed to make me a banging coffee and yes the donuts are kinda small but they are delicious and fresh

Donuts were good, this 1 star is solely for presentation and customer service.. one of the donuts was less than half the size of all the others.. its almost $13 for a dozen so its pretty much $1 perr donut plus tax. i called this branch and explained to them this donut is odd and small compared to the others. the guy that answered said "i dont make them, i just make the cake pops and etc" which i do not believe... anywho, he didnt offer to refund for that one odd looking donut or anything. all he said was if you dont like our donuts i recommend you go to jake an jills.... safe to say i wont be spending money with these folks again.

This place never has hot fresh donuts because they have them brought in. Nothing fresh. Poorly ran business.
It was busy at the time I went, having only one person to work the register and fill orders. The young lady did well.
I came pretty early but they Definitely served me yesterdays donuts. Stale, dry, and cold.
