Lady working was very friendly. Burgers were okay and fries were cold. We were the only ones there and it took 30 mins to get our food.

The wait time was ridiculous, it was a wait time of 30 mins when there was only 4 people there. Also when I got the burger it was burnt and cold the only thing that was warm was the bun. I got the Mac Daddy though. but I would not go back over all I would rate this a 1/10. Tbh though the water at least was a 10/10 it got the sh!t taste out of my mouth.

This place is extremely slow getting orders out; if ordering I would expect a very long wait for delivery orders. I was door dashing and waited 31 freaking minutes for an order FROM Ft Hood Street, Killeen Tx to Copperas Cove, Tx. This occurred on Saturday, 16 March, 2024.

Waited 1 hr 45 min for two dry and warm burgers. We never received the loaded fries. We kept checking on the order just to hear, "waiting on the fries."Our experience appears isolated. We'll try again in the future.

Everything about my order was delicious, expect the burger. Even though the onion rings were a tad bit overcooked. Delicious. Fries a tad cold. Delicious. Burger looking like a kids patty on a regular size bun not okay. Where's the rest of my burger? I'm glad i kept the lettuce. It protected my burger from the nasty ketchup I asked to be removed.
