I love the smoothies, but I really wish they wouldn’t use DoorDash for delivery. I ordered a drink today and the driver put it right in front of my glass screen door that opens outward and even though I tried to squeeze out my drink still fell over and half of it fell out. A drink I paid over $10 for. I know that’s not exactly smoothie kings fault, but because I placed the order on the Smoothie King app, DoorDash said they can’t do anything for me. Just beware if you need a delivery order from them, there’s a reason I don’t usually use doordash.

Didn’t answer while still open.I had pulled up to the drive through window while Smoothie King was still open based off their stated hours. I waited for a moment. I then started speaking at the speaker to no response. I had a hunch no one was going to answer. I drove around, and sure enough, two employees were cleaning, one person was aimlessly walking around. As I completed leaving the drive through, I saw an employee (clearly saw the red Smoothie King t-shirt) sitting in their car on their phone. Were they off of work? Possibly, no idea. But people where there, but they were pulling the McDonalds broken ice cream machine bit. Whoever runs that location has horrible management and/or business practices. If you’re not going to serve during your operating hours, update your operating hours. People drive out to give you hard earned money for a service. This is basic capitalism 101, we’re talking about here. This isn’t rocket science, you blend various drinks, pour it into a cup, and hand it off.

Drive through is super narrow so be careful of this. Service was just fine. Smoothie tasted good, nothing special. Just tasted like ice and juice!

Every time I come here the same worker is always extremely rude. She goes out of her way to be rude and her tone with everything she says is hateful. Am I over exaggerating? No, I’m so shocked someone could be this negative every time they have any sort of human interaction. It rubs off and makes me irritated and sad for her. It’s ruined my day anytime I have her as my server. My order is often messed up and it is just overall a very bad vibe. She’s mixed with evil. I’m pregnant and I cannot handle this negativity

The cobwebs on the sign should tell you there is no pride in this establishment. Horribly slow, no one is served at the pickup window. Attendants leave you waiting at the window for 5min only to tell you to pull around to receive your order. When you pull around there are 4-5 other cars there with angry customers waiting for their smoothies and bring them out one drink at a time….It shouldn’t take that long to mix stuff in a blender. 25min from order to delivery

These people really do not know what they are doing. I’ve been waiting in line for over 30 minutes and I’m still waiting to get my drinks. They keep asking if I have these random drinks, to make it worse I did an online order before I even pulled up to the drive through, and I’m still waitingUpdate: about over 40 minutes I finally got my smoothie , and it had chunks of powder in it from the health add in.. this isn’t the first time I had chunks of powder in my smoothie at this location either . Ridiculous.
It's always a treat when I get to come here and everyone is always so humble and down to earth.
