I pressed the red button and still had to wait for over 20 minutes. Just for my order to be wrong and the staff was extremely rude about them getting my order wrong. They definitely need to get a whole new staff.

If it were possible, I’d gladly give this place a 0. I came in to order the Nicole, and the girl working there had no clue what I was talking about. She kept asking if it was a pickup order, as if that clarified anything. Then, with an unnecessary attitude, she snapped, “The Paris or the Nicole, which one?” After paying, we sat there waiting for over 15 minutes, only to be told that the screens weren’t working. Apparently, the transaction would proceed, but they’d have to swipe inside. Wouldn’t that have been useful information to mention before the order? And, as if the experience couldn’t get worse, they still brought out a Paris instead of what I actually ordered. At that point, I just gave up, left in frustration, and went to another Sonic where—imagine this—they got my order right on the first try, and the entire process was quick, easy, and friendly. The difference was night and day.

Lightening fast service and fresh hot food! By far the best sonic I've been to in lonnnnng time. They typically forget to bring the right condiments out but otherwise they're fantastic. (At least around lunch time - haven't been there for dinner)
