This place has gone downhill. We received flat drinks and one of the employees didn't want to give us sauce despite it coming with the order. I don't know if this place has new management or what, but I won't be coming back here.

I frequent this Sonic often, not anymore. After last week’s ridiculous service I will not be returning. I had a bad day at work and wanted to treat myself to an ice cream. I placed the order online and arrived 5 minutes after the suggested time and checked in. I waited over 10 minutes and finally pushed to ask about my order which was just an ice cream and some French toast sticks. They said they had just ran out of the French toast sticks but they could offer me something else. I said that’s fine and ordered a small item to replace it. They said that they’d bring out the ice cream, which they did. Now I was waiting on the other item. After another 10ish minutes an associate walked by with another order and thought it was for that stall and I stated no I was waiting for my order. They left and stated they would look into it. I waited another 10 minutes and left. I waited over 30 minutes for what? To be ignored, no communication. I would not have been upset if they had told me from the get go or a short time after that they ran out! I get it! But don’t ignore me and then not bring out what I paid for! Then I call the help desk for some type of help and they said they’d send it to the store management. It’s been five days and they have not called me back! That’s even more upsetting after being ignored. Ridiculous and I won’t be back.

By the way if it helps I asked for a cheeseburger with mayo and mustard, I never said without anything else. If you weren’t sure of that ask next time please.

If I could give 0 stars I would. This place is trash all the way around, from the service to the food. Employees on nights are rude as hell and I've gotten food poisoning at this location 3 times. DONT GO HERE! Rosewood location is way better.
I’ve never had an issue at this Rancier location but today me and my 3 sisters took the day off to celebrate my sisters birthday and as we were ordering the young lady was rude as she got on the speaker. She was short and kept cutting us off and didn’t even let us order past the first item. Then procedes to tell us the total and dismiss the rest.

Totally horrible on most occasions found a bloody bandaid in my fries once. When I order through the app they don't honor the sauces I ordered stating that they have a limit and they don't care what the sonic app lets you order. Unreasonable staff. Hopefully corporate can give this franchisee more training and their staff.

I ordered Motzerella sticks with marinara i got no sauce and i ordered a double cheese burger and got bread and one slice of meat with mustard and ketchup

Had limeade slushy, fries, mozzarella sticks (they were awful not really taste like cheese because the texture more like dry rubber) The fries and slushy were good.
