I was in town dropping someone off but originally from Austin and I stopped in for a drink before heading back home. I was having technical difficulties with my sonic app & I was really appreciative & super surprised that the lady that answered the speaker sent Angie to help me with my app. Angie was very kind and patient with me. The guy tall think guy that brought out my drink was also very kind. I have been at other sonics in Austin and I've had tech difficulties with my app and they are NEVER helpful. I applaud the Killeen Sonic crew! Thank you'll for your amazing customer service! Super happy customer! ?

We were able to watch our food being made and a woman inside getting her food, touched our order and used her fingers to put THE CHERRIES INTO OUR SHAKES. We asked and she said she was an employee out of uniform. But she definitely didn’t wash her hands. And then we watched her walk out and drive away!
We asked for the drinks to be remade and they only remade 2 of the 5 shakes.
