Clean and efficient service, but the slushy tastes like the machine needs to be clean. There is a harsh mineral/chlorine taste overpowering the Mangonado slushie. Idk if it’s TX water or what, but you should consider investing in a filtration system for the restaurant.

The triple smash queso burger was a mess! The texas toast is to soggy with the bacon burger. Overall wasn't bad but not a fan of either burger.

The patty meat at this Sonic has tasted spoiled and old on the burgers several times in the past few years that I have eaten here. I would like for the beef meat to be fresh, not spoiled like it has sat out too long. That’s dangerous! The shakes and ice cream are really delicious so i didn’t give it a 1-Star. I appreciate good desserts. Please fix that cause i couldn’t enjoy the new “Smash” burger since the patty had a bad old meat flavor so i gave it to my dog.
Ordered 2 drinks. Almost 10 minutes later, they bring them out with zero ice in them. I asked for a cup of ice being they didn't have any and the look she gave us as she went to look at the receipt to say no You asked for no ice.

Order through the app. Pull up expecting it to be quick and easy. Not a single drink out of the 6 ordered - 2 limeades and 4 kid drinks, was anything right. They only bring out 2 limeades and 1 slush. I had to send the girl back 3 times for the 3 drinks they were missing. It was a drink order and 2 side items. Hard to mess up. This location has went downhill. Between the girls laughing and not paying attention while you order messing up your entire order to there never being a manager available to talk to.

I asked if they took Apple Pay just to make sure even though last Friday they did now all of a sudden they don’t and couldn’t even get anything cus she said y’all don’t take Apple Pay !!! Tired and hungry if you don’t wanna do your job don’t work be homeless I went at 7

I can not believe how unprofessional these workers who call themselves managers are. They have no customer service at all. They don't even want to take care of the customer when they mess up your food.
The little girl that assisted me couldn't figure out how to process my payment which caused me to have to reorder it on the app where I discovered the entire order was almost 4 dollars cheaper online anyway. I had given her cash payment and she accidentally dropped it, when she returned it to me it was short. She then told me she had to serve others while I ordered on the app she was standing at the vehicle beside me choppin it up with some young man as I waited for her to deliver my order. I feel like she was unhelpful, unknowledgeable, and lacked any sort of care for her customer service skills.
