Recent changes to the app made it very difficult to order food. It should not take half an hour to order and pay. New drive through is confusing but ok once you’re used to it.

It's always a pleasure to visit and grab something quick. The convenience of the location makes it ideal for busy mornings. The menu provides plenty of options to choose from. I appreciate the ability to customize drinks to my liking. Overall, it is a great experience every time.

Tried to order. Told them twice to not add onion. Server insisted the burger didn’t come with it. I got my food and onions were on there. I’m lucky I caught it before we drove off. Food ended up being nasty. Overcooked fries and burger didn’t taste good.

I came to the sonic here and tried to order for a specie drink that they had and just requested for an additional item added on there and they gave me the runaround on that. They couldn't add it because they can only take it as design. I mean, I am paying for the amount and the addition. I don't care about that. I had just previously got that drink at a different site and they were OK with putting it. It just seemed the members at this sonic. Just don't either care or too lazy to do their simple job. I mean, they couldn't even accommodate they just didn't care. I just feel like this sonic on this site. Has gone down hill since the change out of the staff.

Im not normally one to post negative reviews but after going back the next day to get my order corrected and you still didn't get the order right the second day, I decided to post. It doesn't make any sense. Read the order, slow down and get the order right. What difference does it make if you guys are fast but you mess up the orders constantly? People work hard for their money and want what they pay for. I'd rather wait a few minutes to make sure my order is right.

Food was cold before I got it. Went through the drive through and the 2 people behind me got their food before I did. Cherry limeade didn't taste right. I dont know why I went back to this location knowing the quality is always bad.
