I AM NOT A STARBUCKS FANBOY… HOWEVER!… We ordered a drink for a family member in Killeen (we live across the country) who wasn’t feeling well. DoorDash & Uber Eats didn’t have the item on the menu. We called and got Mari (hope I spelt that right) who picked up right away, she was PHENOMENAL!!!! She helped us get the drink ordered from the app for the same price and custom made at the store so it was made to perfection despite it being complicated and not on the menu, all with patients, positivity, and cheer! Customer service like this is nearly impossible to find these days! This store will be our recommendation and absolute go to every time we visit! 1000% recommend her for recognition, promotion, and pay raise!!! Thank you Mari!!!!!!!

Normally, when I go to any Starbucks, they mess up my order because I am on a very specific diet. I’m very caffeine sensitive and I don’t intake any sugar. The lady who I encountered in the drive-through was named Mari. When I tell you that she was so accommodating and sweet! She knew exactly what I was asking for, she didn’t give me an attitude about it, and they made my drink amazingly. I’m super satisfied with the service that I received today which is very rare coming from any Starbucks. I’m a firm believer in recognizing good work and she was extremely knowledgeable and accommodating. She did not make me feel like what I was asking for was an issue or anything strange at all, which is also another issue that I frequently have. I definitely will return to the store because she made such a good impression on me. Great job to the Starbucks on Trimmier!

I go to this location every morning for coffee before my 6 am shift, today I was ignored as my cup sat there empty for 10 minutes after it was already supposed to be ready from a mobile order I placed about 8 minutes before I got there the excuse was they didn't have the flavor cold foam I requested so instead of calling me or telling me I was ignored worst experience I've ever had i would've understood if it was busy but the employees were too concerned about the glass bear cups there was only one other customer in the store the rest were employees

Merinda this morning I bought Coffe she had a stigma that I was Asian. I emphasized: (Asian discrimination) She does not want to serve the drink for us. Only if she added a stone she paid with me, showing the attitude of putting the glass on the table. She seemed to not understand what I was saying. But I don't want to drink it anymore really badly. I bought coffee every morning here but today I was really disappointed with Merinda missing attitude.

Great shaken espresso!! I love the little notes written on the cups! I've never had one from all the different locations I've visited in many states so it was a nice joy boost!

I've been going to this Starbucks location in Killeen since my family has been stationed here. I’ve noticed that the professionalism at this location has really slipped lately. On my last visit, a young lady by the name Diamond helped me, and the interaction felt eerily off-brand for Starbucks she seemed distracted and having conversations that didn’t seem appropriate for a family-friendly café.
What’s more concerning is that leadership despite seeing my presence with my kids and I, seemed to allow this kind of behavior to continue, which makes it feel like there’s no accountability on the floor. I am not sure what Starbucks does to addresses these kind of things, as it’s not the same quality or family friendly environment you'd expect from this brand let alone the behavior.

The worse location to go , there is no consistency with drinks being made , I stop here every morning and get the same drink and it’s disgusting
