Another Starbucks where a large group of what I anticipate being family and friends that don’t speak English will come in and completely invade your space. So many tables available yet they want to COMPLETELY surround me where I’m sitting with no regard to my studies. Hell.. half of them brought in food from other places and maybe a third actually purchased something from Starbucks.
Anyhow, typical Starbucks other than that. My drinks have been perfect and workers seem nice enough.

Believe the bad reviews and avoid the place if you plan to customize your drink. I ordered a white hot chocolate with non dairy sweet cream. They gave me regular hot chocolate. I thought my order was simple enough but I guess they truly don't care here.

Starbucks, for me, is always a great place to go. I love the atmosphere and environment. However, I was totally disappointed by this particular Starbucks. Because every time I go in, they kind of guilt, shame you into leaving them a tip. However, they had a pizza delivery at that store and gave the driver a 0 tip on a $98 bill. How could I ever tip these people?A dollar or $2 or $3 on a $5 drink when they would pay a 0 tip on a $98 tab. Shame on you
Came here with a friend to grab a drink. Ordered a grande apple crisp oatmilk macchiato with one less pump of syrup and a grande peppermint mocha with heavy cream. Watched the barista with the black apron make the drinks. She put 3 pumps of syrup in the first one and used whole milk for the second. I asked her if she did as I ordered and she responded that the ACOM comes with 4 pumps so she said she put 3. It comes with 3 per standard. And she also said that she used heavy cream with the Frappuccino but she didn't. And you can easily tell with the consistency that it's not heavy cream. I don't like leaving negative reviews but if I give you a chance to correct the mistakes and you lie to my face and throw an attitude at the same time, I just hope that you were right the whole time. I think Ciela needs retraining and be reminded of the starbucks values because clearly she must have forgotten.

Ordered A TRENTA (LARGEST SIZE) and got an EXTRA SMALL. There was NO “Dragon Fruit” pieces and NO pink and green Sprinkles TASTED WATERED DOWN as well AND TOOK 30 MINUTES to be ready

We get there after placeing a mobil order and get told its not ready, not a issue expected that we were gonna wait however we were told 1 drink wasnt ready so they had us go back around through the drive thru, we had to wait behind a truck who placed a order at the store and they got tobstay and wait 5 whole minutes for 2 drinks to get made. How does that make any sense we had 1 drink that wasnt ready and had to wait extra 5 minutes for them to make another persons order. Thats just stupid.

I meant to order from a different location since I try to avoid the trimmer location since they always seem to mess up the simplest order up all the time. I ordered a hot chocolate and when I got it all the cocoa powder was sitting at the top. Didn't bother on going back since I didn't have the time.
