I had to delete my other amazing review to write this. When coming by last week. A worker by the name of Ty talked to a co worker in an aggressive, condescending way. Where’s management in this situation??! The lady he was talking to seemed very sweet! And she handled it amazingly. I couldn’t see her name tag, only saw an A. Tried to call about it the next day, guess the phone wasn’t working. 👎!!

I came through on 9/11/2025. The young lady helping me was new and I was asking for an off meñu item. (Chai Frap) a man chimed in and explain to me that “this is a teaching opportunity”
I’m sure he’s a cool guy but the way he said it had me feeling a little like an idiot. Then to make the whole interaction worse the drink was pretty bad. Sighhh. Hopefully he becomes a tad more mindful or aware of how he says things.
Ty and staff are always wonderful as well as food and drinks.

Tori, Liz, & Red were great! Not sure who made our drinks out of the 3 but they made them the way we ordered them! My daughter Jessica & I went to get us a little treat & were pleasant surprised by their great customer service & the quality of our drinks! I use to be an avid Starbucks customer but the quality of drinks had declined so much so that I stopped going! I stopped going for about 3 yrs but today these 3 people rendered great customer service which is also rare now a days! Thanks guys! Keep up the great work! 😊🫶💯
