Lexi is an absolute sweetheart. It was my daughters birthday, and we came by for a sweet treat, Lexi seemed to be the only one to notice us. She instantly gave my daughter a smile and complimented her dress. When she told her it was her birthday, she made the moment more magical. As a single mom, I appreciated the interaction she gave to my daughter. As I had just suffered a terrible week. I wanted to leave this review, to not only say thank you for making mine but also my daughters week. And to let management know that she deserves praise for her customer service. She's the type of person you want in management.

This is one of the good Starbucks in the Copperas, Killeen, Harker area.
Today I stopped to get a hot drink and steel-cut oatmeal before running errands. I had enough points to get the oatmeal free. Definitely use the app but be careful not to let points expire. I unknowingly lost 90 points in November.
(Seasonal- I switched my usual Dirty Chai to the Gingerbread oatmilk chai. Ho ho ho? No. No. No. It has a weird, cheap cinnamon artificial flavoring. I'll skip the migraine later and pass on this one. But atleast I wont be hungry for a thousand years since I ate my oatmeal)

I normally have no isses with this Starbucks but...I was at work, so my boyfriend went to pick up my order for me. After settling down, I went to eat my food and unfortunately, the sandwich I ordered was only half made. This makes me sad.

This morning, I opted for a Venti-sized beverage from Starbucks to kickstart my day with some extra caffeine. Given that I was on the go for an extended period, I requested no ice to prevent dilution. However, upon receiving my drink, I was surprised to find that it was only filled halfway, despite the premium price of 8.71 Despite my confusion, I politely inquired with the staff at the drive-through window about the discrepancy. Although the lady confirmed that the drink was prepared as per my request, I couldn't help but feel disappointed by the lack of liquid for the price paid. Due to time constraints, I chose not to pursue the matter further at that moment. Nevertheless, I felt compelled to share my experience as I believe it is unjust for customers to pay a significant amount for a beverage that falls short in quantity.

Been by everyday this week (cheat treat) and for some reason they never have what I ordered. Doesn’t matter if it’s in store or in the app. I’ve been told several times they don’t know what the issues is because of our stock products should say so. Yet I’ve apparently ordered out of stock items 3 different times. And it’s basically like well we have this other item that u didn’t request.
Ooooh Helena, how on earth did you remember me months later?!?! A very specific thing that I usually order. I always get a cup of ice on the side. I haven't been to Clear Creek location in at least a couple months. Excellent service from this wonderful person!
