Getting my coffee at least twice a week from this location, my drink has always been top notch. I am always welcomed when I walk in despite how loud and busy it sometimes gets. My favorite baristas that always make my day with a wonderful drink with a little uplifting message written on it are Zoe, Lisa, and Jazlyn. Overall, outstanding service and taste.

While the store itself was satisfactory, I experienced discomfort due to the unkind and rude behavior of a female employee who took my order, including a heavy sigh with an attitude. I would like to express my gratitude to the male employee who prepared the order.

This Starbucks is located inside the mall on Fort Cavazos, so no drive thru. The atmosphere is standard for a mall location and there’s limited seating inside and outside the store. We often walk around the mall and grab a drink or snack here when we need something to do. Overall, this isn’t a bad location. Most of the employees are nice and they’re usually quick to get your drink out. We’ve had a few visits where drinks weren’t accurate, but they remade them. Occasionally we’ve noticed the espresso is watery, but it’s not typically. If you’re wanting Starbucks on Fort Cavazos, this location is better than the TJ Mills Food Court location, but still not as good as other Starbucks locations I’ve visited. Be careful when app ordering because I’ve ordered when the location said “open”, arrived, and it was closed for the night. No way to cancel the order on the app, so I had to get customer service to refund.

The lady making the drinks was simply lazy. I ordered a vanilla cream cold brew. I was given a beverage with zero foam. She didn’t want to remake my drink so she told me no I ordered wrong and I had to pay $1.50 for the foam. I don’t treat myself to Starbucks often and that will be my last.

Bad customer service. You need to hire people who truly care for their customers instead of people who give you attitude and poor customer service.

The employees are amazing even in lines out the door. I was super impressed by the lady Lisa that helped me. I could tell she was stressed out, but yet she was the kindest and apologizing for being short staffed and taking longer to make a drink than normal.

17 April 2024 5 PMOrdered a Dragonfruit lemonade refresher no ice. Overheard the cashier tell the barista to water it down since I was not having it with ice. Never have I ever received a light pink Dragonfruit refresher from Starbucks.When i informed the barista that my drink did not look or taste the same, he just shrugged his shoulders and said that they made it according to the recipe.Come on Fort Cavazos Starbucks stop skimping and watering down your drinks to the Soldiers, veterans, retirees, and their families.

Best service i've had at a starbucks before. Employees looked happy and were fun to chat with. Made good suggestions and were quick and accurate. Very sweet and lovely place . thanks everyone
