Rey served me. He had a rude attitude, no desire to work, and I could barely hear him. He took my order incorrectly because he didn't give me everything I asked for. I ordered again, and honestly, he didn't have a good attitude. They should make sure their employees have a good attitude.

This use to be my go to location.... Friendly workers, great service and enviroment.... I recently came back and it's all new workers and managers. Service is horrible, staff is rude and unwelcoming... Will not be returning.

The atmosphere is cozy and clean. Perfect for a study sesh. They brought my drink to my table, and it was made perfectly to order. This will be my new home starbucks, sorry trimmer!

Our barrista Sean was amazing. I didnt order anything but then he gave my girls some macha cold foam to taste & I asked for him to make up something 😁😍 for me. Loved it!

Don't waste your time going to this location. Guy completely got my drink wrong and when I told him It didn't taste right he laughed and stated " I assure you I put brown suga in it " . Didn't offer to remake it just looked at me.on to0 of that it took forever to make and still get it wrong. I just got a refund.
Went here to grab a Double Bacon Cheddar and Egg sandwich and Strawberry Acaì Lemonade. Service was very friendly and the my sandwich was good and hot.

There were literally no customers to wait and with three baristas working behind the counter. They took their time to get my drink ready and to get me a slice of lemon loaf. When I questioned the female barista behind the counter, she gave me attitude that it will be ready when they get it done. The baristas literally were just talking to each other. Poor service and Starbucks quality is customer service is very poor.

I use to go to this starbucks every morning on the way to work but stopped going more recently as I noticed they haven't been filling up my venti sized drinks, literally about 6-8 oz missing off the top of my venti matcha. Has happened on more than 2 occassions. Usually I'm omw to work so don't have time to turn around to get it fixed. Nor should I have to turn around. But the window ppl are always nice so I give it 3. But if you want what you paid for, go to a different location

I normally don’t leave reviews but I had to for this one. I want to shoutout a barista named Rey, or at least that is what their apron said.
Rey took the time to read my mobile order ticket & craft my drink precisely how I wanted. I know it was confusing to read given that I ordered a Hazelnut shaken espresso but w/ no hazelnut (I chose to sub macadamia).
For context - I ordered my drink at a different Starb but as I drove away it was wayyy too sweet & tasted like hazelnut. I didn’t want to go back or have to deal w/talking to someone so I just reordered at this one instead.
