“I visited this store on 11/24/25. I hadn't been to this location in over a year because the service was terrible. Thought I'd give it another try. I was greeted by Furabee. Both her and Shawn the shift lead were great. They helped me figure out what sandwich to get because I was indecisive. I will be back to visit again. Thanks for the good customer service you two.“
“I want to give the gentleman with the tattoos and gauges, I didn’t get a chance to get his name! However, my sons and I had a huge order and he was very patient and understanding and even laughed with my sons when they kept messing up on what they wanted. It got very busy after we had started our order (around 8pm) his team members came out and helped as well!!! Phenomenal team!!! They all did great! But he definitely did outstanding! “I am retired for many years from Fort Hood and this has been the best outing I have had there at Subway. This was the best everyday Chicken Bacon Ranch Melt sandwich prepared I have had from any Subway location. The bread was toasted and the cheese melted just the way I like it. The bread had a crunch to it that made it even better not soggy like other sandwich places. I would like to give a special thanks to the 2 employees there Annie and Sylvester who prepared it for me and my wife. The small talk I had with the both of them even made it better. I will be a returning customer to this location for years to come.“
“Food was good, place was clean, order was fast. Can't get a printed receipt. My only complaint. Other than that, they were quick to get my order, and it was good when I got it home. The footlong cookie - heavenly. This is the 1st place I've seen that you order it yourself off of a screen and then they make it. It defaults to a footlong sandwich fyi.“
“I ordered ahead on the app at 10:10pm roughly on 10/23/25. I called after realizing I made an error and Josh picked up the phone and was very polite. When I arrived in the store at 10:30pm (they close at 11pm) he still had a smile on his face and was very polite. It’s rare to find people who are friendly and happy to be at work. He also did great on my sandwich, he didn’t rush and just throw it together. Keep up the great work Josh!“
“We haven’t been in a while because the condition the location has been in, on top of the customer service. Tonight we went in and the inside is in much better shape. There was a gentleman working, seemingly alone but I couldn’t catch his name. He was calm as the line got bigger, extremely kind and friendly to everyone who came in and was managing his time so well! A huge improvement from the last time and the employee should be commended, if not promoted. We were there about 7:00pm 08/27th so hopefully it’s noted who was working!“
“I left the location a few hours ago and the staff was amazing!! The young girl was amazing, upbeat and just all around great! The older lady was so sweet and helped me answer any questions I had! Very clean store…actually the cleanest subway I’ve ever been too!! I was able to find everything good and had an overall amazing experience! Thank you to the young girl for making me a beautiful sandwich and I will definitely be returning!“
