The guy that was in there was more worried about being on the phone then to make my Order that I ordered online when I got there to pick up my order he hasn’t even done it and I had to wait for 20 minutes past pick up time to get it and he moved so slow and when we left two other customers had to wait for there orders to be made so he needs help or get off the phone

Waited about 15 minutes before the employee actually acknowledged me. I understand that DD orders take priority but and employee should acknowledge and at least say something to the new patrons entering the establishment. As for my sandwich... yes I like eating big sandwiches (floaters) but always the employees manage to close the Samson before cutting it in half so it's easy to wrap up... the employee who made my sandwich did not do that.

Poor guy at the counter working alone during dinner time had a huge line of tickets. Didn’t have certain meats available so wasn’t able to get my sandwich. Was told to cancel in app since it was placed through the app

Really it should be Zero stars but I can’t go lower than 1. They never get my order right and if you want extra anything on your sandwich and you order online forget about it. Today I asked for extra lettuce and didn’t get any at all. I think I’m done ordering from this store because I can clearly see that the employees here are incompetent. This sandwich looks totally bare for almost $10

I am retired for many years from Fort Hood and this has been the best outing I have had there at Subway. This was the best everyday Chicken Bacon Ranch Melt sandwich prepared I have had from any Subway location. The bread was toasted and the cheese melted just the way I like it. The bread had a crunch to it that made it even better not soggy like other sandwich places. I would like to give a special thanks to the 2 employees there Annie and Sylvester who prepared it for me and my wife. The small talk I had with the both of them even made it better. I will be a returning customer to this location for years to come.

Had a quick stop in Killeen ,this is close to Fort Hood.Service was very quick and have delivery options nearby in Killeen. Open until 10pm. Happy with food served. Have a nice dine-in

Y'all be making people wait too long. You should really have more than 2 employees working during a dinner rush. This is insane. You can't make delivery drivers wait this long for orders, we get paid by the trip not by the hour. You should have more than 2 people working so one person can make online orders while the other 2 handle people that are right in front of you.

I really do love this this store but the African lady who works nights is EXTREMELY RUDE. She ignored me and was like CaNt YoU SeE I’m BuSy ma’am I just had a question I wasn’t expecting her to drop what she was doing to make my subs but she told me even if I did order online she has too much to and didn’t want to proceed with my order. And it wasn’t close enough to close for me to be understanding. So boo tomatoes
