The welcome was warm by a sweet lady. One of the kiosk wasn’t working so I went to the front to order and a male employee told me that if I have a coupon to use the kiosk, but the kiosk doesn’t accept coupons, I wanted to get my order taken with him, but he was on his phone talking. Then he was in the process of making my food he was still on the phone didn’t toast my chicken with the cheese . i don’t know if they’re supposed to but he didn’t. his customer service is very bad didn’t give the customers the light of day .

I usually only post positive reviews but i dont think I'll come to this location no more.There were 3 ladies working when we walked in who were rude from start to finish .Close to home but I'd rather drive the distance elsewhere.

Usually I have no issue here. But today I made a mistake and ordered something for pickup. I can’t actually pick it up. It was an accident. I realized my mistake RIGHT after I completed the order. I tried calling to cancel the order so I could re-order for delivery and no one would pick up the phone. It would ring a couple times, then I’d get what sounded like dialup sounds. I called so many times to try and get through. Now all im getting is a busy signal when I call. Please get your damn phone fixed.

Don't normally do this but, when I entered the building you an instantly tell there was an issue with staff. Didn't think much of it till I was just standing there and the look on the staffs faces was just pure irritation, frustrated, or RBF. To the point I didn't even bother ordering and just left...will now avoid this location. 4 start for the food because the old staff made great subs

You are told to use the Kiosk for a discount but then receive a much slower service. Personnel preparing your food have a lot of uncovered and unkept facial hair that can easily end up in your food. The drink station has about two options for drinks because most are out or broken. Take a little longer drive and go to one of the many other Subways nearby. Or better yet avoid Subway altogether and go to mcallister’s for much better food at the same price.

if u would like to eat at subway where u don’t get what u ordered and when asking to correctly make it the workers tell and point in ur face with the manager this is the place to go! ordered a sandwich without any sauce and got mayo and as im allergic i got yelled at. -10/10 not very good if u ask me!

I walked in to get a sandwich. I was told to use the kiosk. I said I didn’t want to use that. The lady said they were TRAINING us to use the kiosk. I not there to be trained but to get a sandwich. I am the customer not a trainee. There are other sandwich shops and I wil use them. You trained me to use them.
