We haven’t been in a while because the condition the location has been in, on top of the customer service. Tonight we went in and the inside is in much better shape. There was a gentleman working, seemingly alone but I couldn’t catch his name. He was calm as the line got bigger, extremely kind and friendly to everyone who came in and was managing his time so well! A huge improvement from the last time and the employee should be commended, if not promoted. We were there about 7:00pm 08/27th so hopefully it’s noted who was working!

I literally just ordered and I got 4 random subs with crazy ingredients in them it was a $55 dollar order and nothing of what I ordered was on there the subs don’t even add up to what I paid for. I tried calling directly and obviously no answer. Dayshift is ten times better than night shift.

Let me start by saying I almost never write a review of a restaurant but this one deserved this 1 star. I came in and ordered a 6 inch boss. The young lady making the customer in front of me sandwich was not polite giving him attitude. Then she made my sandwich while being really rude to her older coworker. She made my sandwich and it was overflowing with sauce causing the paper underneath to be covered in it then instead of changing it out to a fresh one wrapped it that way so when I got it was completely wet and making a mess everywhere. All around not an enjoyable 1st experience at this place in this new town. Really disappointing, simple customer service and care then the register asks for a tip? Shake my head. Never again

This was one of the worst delivery experiences I’ve had — completely unacceptable. My breakfast sandwich was missing the bacon, made carelessly, and toppings were falling out. It was literally just egg and cheese, thrown together sloppily. The sandwich even smelled like cigarettes, including the bun — absolutely disgusting. On top of that, my combo was incomplete: no soda was delivered, and I received the wrong chips. This shows a complete lack of care and attention to the order. Extremely disappointed, and this needs to be addressed.

It's Subway. I got what I wanted, but more than that, I got Tye. We all did. She ran a swamped house all by herself with speed and grace and got everybody in and out, walk-ins and online orders.

Despite the advertisements for wraps- they refuse to give them. Despite the app stating they have veggie patties- they do not. They gave my mobile order lettuce onion and sauce and said that's fine, on a flatbread. I am completely ignoring the rest of my order and not telling my husband they just committed the other components. A veggie sub is 5$, and I paid 11$. They refused to answer the phone. Waved me off when I tried to complain in store. The app doesn't let you submit comments. This store disrespects mobile orders and treats people like they truly don't matter. I just wanted to get some meat on my sandwich if you didn't have the veggie patty. At least make up for some of the cost disparity. Poor management or employee decision making and quite frankly, makes me sad that happened at one of my favorite chains.

They need to get things together, always short staffed and out of products, guy on 3rd shift never prepared, cancels/voids orders! Ridiculous.

I ordered a late night bacon egg & cheese flatbread through the app. I sent my son to pick it up, he called me to tell me they were short an egg but the lady said she’d cut up the eggs to fill the sandwich - “was that ok”? A little disappointed, I said “yea that’s ok”. Well let me tell you!! That sandwich was MORE than ok, it was sooo good! Ms Felicia enclosed a hand written note on some receipt paper apologizing and said she added some extra bacon. Top tier service and delicious sandwich!

If your looking to get your subway fix go to the other 24hr subway .I've never had a burned trashed sub before . Both 2 footlongs was burned and assembled horribly, go to the one on 300
