The Subways owned in this area unfortunately run off of a hostile work environments and free-labor. They never work enough people. They barely pay $10 an hour. Subway is more worried about paying someone $20-30 to help than having satisfied customers. I’m sitting inside now after putting an online order in 45 minutes ago. And there is a line of people inside. They only have one employee working and they even have another employee working off the clock. I have no clue if my order will even be made tonight. It will be one hour soon.

If I can rate no star I would very disappointed, I ordered.on the app 2 footlongs, the cookie and a 6 inch , Not.k ly was I missing my 6inch. I was also missing my cookies , it's 1130 at night I called like 5 times and no answer. Never again am I ordering from any subway ever again. At least pick up the phone especially being that this store is 24hrs . 5.times and no one answers.

I am super disappointed on this Subway. Worst I ever been at. My partner and I went around 1030pm for 2 subs, a grilled chicken and 50% more rotisserie. They didn't have rotisserie which is ok so I replaced it with steak. They argued with my partner that I didn't get the extra meat. They realized I did but still didn't give it to me. Plus I have an allergy to onions, did NOT ask for onions on my "make your own" sandwich, and it had a big piece of onion in it. Luckily when I bit into it and felt some swelling, I spit it right out. Next was my partners sandwich. He wanted no sauces on it. It came with Mayo and some yellow sauce. Made him sick. 10/10 do not recommend. Plus I ordered on the app so I definitely know what I asked for on it.

Absolutely terrible, the attitude at best was apathetic. The worst. No care. My sandwich was a boss. It was made to nearly what I wanted. But the lady with her earbuds in, and clearly did not want to be there and clearly SHE did not have a motivation to care. I only asked for chipotle southwest. That’s it. What does she do? Add roasted garlic aioli in my sandwich as well. I did not ask, I said chipotle southwest and that’s all. Very clear I won’t ever go there at this time again.

There were two ladies working they had real bad attitude both of them I also asked for the restrooms but they say they were out of order what in the world both of the restrooms OUT OF OUT ORDER?! If they don't know about customer service they shouldn't be working in there. I walked away I'll go somewhere else to buy my lunch no wonder the restaurant is empty
Just walked in to Subway on East rancier and was told that they aren't currently taking orders at 9:25 p.m. two customers were turned away.

One of the worst experiences I've had at Subway. I put in an online order and went to pick it up (Got notified my food was ready ) once I got there My sandwich wasn’t even made . I had to wait atleast 45 mins for them to make my sandwich . Also other ppl were waiting for their food that they had ordered online and the same thing happened to them . A gentleman and a lady told me they also got a notification on their phone that their food was ready for pick up but when they got there Hasn’t even been made . Terrible ! Not coming here again

Before I got to the bathroom, an employee informed me the bathrooms don't work.

I've sent my son to get an order for me and texted him the type of sub that I wanted in full detail. When he arrived home with my order I was displeased with it. He stated the female a light skined female with mixed blonde and black box braids made my order. She told him that it came witg cheese already when i requested extra povolone cheese. I went back up there with the sandwich and receipt and text message that I sent to my son of what I wanted. The young man there was nice and added the cheese for me. The young lady didn't tell my son that they were out off the provolone cheese. So I had to get a different cheese. She need to learn how to do her job thoroughly and give customer service to others.
