I ordered a late night bacon egg & cheese flatbread through the app. I sent my son to pick it up, he called me to tell me they were short an egg but the lady said she’d cut up the eggs to fill the sandwich - “was that ok”? A little disappointed, I said “yea that’s ok”. Well let me tell you!! That sandwich was MORE than ok, it was sooo good! Ms Felicia enclosed a hand written note on some receipt paper apologizing and said she added some extra bacon. Top tier service...
