It’s usually pretty good but they close before they are supposed to. Which is extremely inconvenient when you are expecting them to stay open until the time that is listed.

This Subway is ok. I gave it 3 stars cause the food was burnt and was not pleasant, and they just don't give u enough to eat they say 2 spoons of meat but it 2 very little spoons, when did they started doing that 🤷🏽‍♀️ Subway is the only fast food place I eat at now they not giving me enough food, well Subway I say put some meat on that dry bread and feed the ppl ur prices go up and ur quantity go down that's not cool 👎🏽😠 but still take the kido by I know they will get full

I love Subway and the subs are good and they have cookies, but McDonald's also has cookies.

Parking: There is a little space where you can park your car but the parking place's are small.

Kid-friendliness: I said what I wanted on my sub and the worker heard me, and was nice not like another worker who was kinda mean.

We order some sandwiches to pick up trough the app and when we pick them up they got so much dressing even though with put less that all the veggies were soggy they were nasty who ever is putting so much dressing needs to eat one and see, never again will pick up from this location

Before I came to this subway restaurant, I should have looked at all the negative reviews concerning this store about the lady who works their. I came in to purchase a subway sandwich. Their was an African lady as well as a Hispanic male working their that night. She asked me if I was trying to order a sub with a very aggressive tone in her voice and of course I said yes. She told me to give them a minute. So I decided to use the bathroom then she stopped me and told me to go ahead and order. The lady's attitude was so horrible I was scared to ask her questions about my sandwich. She was angrily rushing me. As she and the Hispanic guy was preparing my sandwich I went to use the bathroom. When I came out the bathroom, I heard both of them talking about me for no apparent reason and snickering. The Lady looked at me with an angry look like I did something wrong which I didn't.I have never in my life experience so much unprofessionalism in a subway restaurant like this before. I almost started to take out my phone and started to record her and the male's behavior because it was so bad.

I'm honestly not sure who the team member was working the shift at this store at 5:10 pm on Monday March 18, 2024, but it seems she is seriously lacking in customer service. I did order door dash and I ordered 2 subs and a total of 4 cookies; 2 chocolate chip, and 2 double chocolate. I will attach a picture of my receipt as well. Each cookie was $0.94. So for all 4 it would come to a total of $3.76 (before tax). My dasher called me while in front of the lady, to inform me they were out of chocolate chip cookies and asked what I would like instead. I asked if I could double up on the double chocolate. The lady told him they were out of double chocolate as well.... so I had to now get replacement for 4 cookies. My son is picky (understandably not the establishments problem) and doesn't like any of the 3 other cookie choices (oatmeal raisin, cheesecake something, or macadamia nut) so I simply asked if instead I could get 2 bags of Chips instead of the 4 cookies.... apparently that is not allowed. The lady explained the exchange must be of equal value.... each bag of chips is $1.90 on DD.... 2 bags is $3.80.... so because of 4 cents I couldn't get this exchanged since they were out of both cookies I asked for? I wasn't rude and I don't feel I was unreasonable. I work in food service in hospitality as well. I understand rules are rules but I also know about customer service/satisfaction, and 4 cents is not worth an unhappy customer. I then said ok forget the cookies and chips, I will contact DD to get a refund for the cookies I won't be receiving. I guess the lady got upset about that and gave the dasher a hard time about giving him my subs. This poor man! I mean just put yourself in this situation.... its quite absurd. Perhaps she misunderstood what I meant and assumed I was going g to cancel the order in its entirety, but I wouldn't cancel an order because some items were unavailable because that would be ridiculous. I firmly believe she could've replaced my cookies with 2 bags of chips, because to fuss over $0.04 is also ridiculous. My dasher ended up telling her I still wanted the food, and he told her to cancel the cookies... as in all 4 which he stated. He arrived with my subs and 2 DOUBLE CHCOLATE COOKIES........ Absolutely insane. My point is that this lady could highly benefit from some coaching on customer service. I also called the store to speak with a manager. The lady who answered said there wasn't one available, but that I could speak with her as she was a team lead. I politely declined and asked when a manager would be in, and she informed me in the morning. I won't be calling. I feel as though the lady who answered was probably the lady who refused to give me 2 bags of Chips.

There’s no reason to be so rude. Just asking for them to continue making a sandwich after being told my coupon can’t be used with it. And I’m willing to just pay for it. And the lady decided to have an attitude the entire way through. Say that I had an attitude and be insulting the entire time. Worst service I’ve ever had from subway. Don’t go here if you want to be treated as a person

Very unprofessional... I forgot to ask to toast my sandwich. The lady was looking like I was asking the impossible. She started talking Spanish to the lady next to her. I know how to speak Spanish, and it was very unpleasant and impolite. Happen on 22 Jan 2024 1210pm.

The worst subway in killeen I do not recommend, it was dirty/messy, the employees that I was talking to got an attitude for some reason. I ask for 2 item on the menu and they said they were out. It felt like they were lazy to make it. So I ended up with 12 inch sandwich called the BOSS even though the bread was like cardboard box it was bad the worst sandwich that I ever bought, don’t get me wrong I’ve got the boss before and it was delicious. I also got a medium drink sprite and that was also bad no flavor it was just fizz and water. No pride in there sandwiches they don’t check there fountain drinks. Probably need new management.
