The workers here will only make a sandwich right if you’re watching them like a hawk.
I never have issues when I go in and order but I’ve ordered through DoorDash twice with them and both times they’ve gotten my order wrong. The first time I went in for a remake because they got 3 out of 6 sandwiches wrong. I was understanding since it was a large order and they did great remaking the sandwiches. However, the second time I only ordered two sandwiches and they just made two of the same sandwich instead of making mine. I was home with a migraine, kids, and my husband was working late so understandably I wasn’t trying to leave the house! I went to the store once my husband came home, explained that I needed a remake and that I was going to wait outside since the bright lights were affecting my migraine. I checked my remake when they were done and they still got the bread wrong, but at least the toppings were right this time. I wasn’t going to ask for a remake OF MY REMAKE as I was just done with the whole ordeal.

This Subway never fails to be the worst subway in all of Killeen, the only reason why I got food here was bc when I ordered off the app I selected the wrong Stan Schlueter location. The food is always so soggy and old. Like how is it freshly made and it’s already soggy and disgusting. On top of that their soda machines are always broken and they never have anything good to drink!!! But today was the last straw, they called on soooo much condiments (which was the wrong ones) that my sandwich was disgusting, plus they gave me the wrong toppings. I wanted mayo and ranch, they gave me ranch and mustard. I asked for no tomato’s and they gave me tomato’s, i asked for spinach and they never gave me any. Horrible!! I will NEVER come back to this subway!!!

Dude who was making everyone’s sandwiches had his phone out right where they are making the food………. 😒😒😒😒😒😒😒😒 UNSANITARY. You can do that at home, but not here.

These employees always playing games here. Not a single black olive, no jalapeños, pitched about giving a side of sauce. Get real, you work at Subway. This location sucks

Went in to order 5 sandwiches and no guest in lobby was told it would take 45 min to get a meatball sandwich. Employee was very short and rude when answering questions. Also it seemed like it was a problem that I was going to order 5 sandwiches even though there was not another single customer in the store. Could not do a food review because I would rather go to a different store to order food from better mannered employees.

Just ordered a 6inch meal and is highly disappointed. This location never fails to disappoint. Waiting in my car for someone to bring my food out but after waiting 6 minutes past the time they said it was ready, I had to go in and it was just sitting on the rack( staff picked up a bag and approached me but it was not my order). I picked up my sandwich and it was very, very light to the point I thought nothing was on it and sure enough ( hardly anything was on it). Now I’m not new to Subway and have had plenty of sandwiches so I know better. If I wanted a veggie sandwich , I would have ordered one. Threw it away.

I’d give this place 0 stars if I could. I got turned around on what location to pick up and the staff were so rude for no reason. Not helpful at all just made me feel dumb for even walking in. Never spending money at this location ever again.

What’s the point of having the dang kiosks if other people are still going to walk up to the counter and order. On top of that the people who go to the counter are taken into higher priority than the people ordering on the kiosk (in other words even after you finish placing your order on the kiosk there can be people walking in right after you and place their order at the counter and they get started first way before you do). I totally sound like a Karen writing this but I don’t care.

They lock the bathrooms so the public can’t use it. Probably because they don’t feel like cleaning it. Also, they use kiosks to order which is sad. Might as well replace the people with robots at this point.

Around 1pm 5/30/2025 I went to visit the establishment. The 2 African American women that were working that day had HORRIBLE attitudes. I asked 1 of the women to get me another scoop of chicken salad because she didn’t put enough to cover my foot long. She then catches an attitude and says it is policy for her to put the limited amount. It was very noticeable when I first came in that these women did not like their jobs and did not want to be there that day. When I responded to her attitude and stated she did not have to catch a attitude the other African American woman rudely chimed in and and said the woman did not have an attitude as she also gave an attitude. There was a third white woman working that day and she was the ONLY one with a nice attitude and it was sad. The sandwich was good but the attitudes killed the whole stores atmosphere. Please do better moving forward because it’s ridiculous to get smart with a customer over a scoop of chicken salad.
