When I DoorDash a sandwich and put “Artisan Italian” as my bread choice, you’d think that’s what I’d get. If I wanted Herbs and Cheese, I’d have asked for Herbs and Cheese. Crazy concept, I know.

I ordered through DoorDash for pick up and it is the most pathetic sandwich I have ever gotten from subway. There is barely anything on it. One tiny tiny pieces of bacon and they didn’t add the pickles, onions or cheese. Not to mention there was a black hair in the bread. I didn’t pay $20 for my meal for it to come out wrong and to not even be able to eat the rest. Very disappointing especially since I was picking it up on my way home from work and couldn’t check it till I got home. I’d recommend spending your money at a different location. I have pictures of the receipt and the sand which and they do not match up.

The line took very long to get an order in because it was a high demand of online orders and only one worker helping in store customers and one worker working the online orders. They need at least one other person to help them out they shouldn’t be overworking just two people. I also overheard that someone else was there I’m assuming it was a manager but that manager should’ve been helping them in the front not working in the back while they’re struggling to work the line and online orders. SMH.

my food had a very long disgusting hair in it when i flipped my sandwich over. service was bad and slow and the lady making my sandwich got an attitude when i asked her to change her gloves.

Ordered online, said it would be ready at 105pm. Got there at 110pm and not ready, the team member said they hadn't had time to do the online orders. I finally got my sandwich at 125pm. So, you know I won't be ordering from that location again

Miss Chanel was very awesome and took amazing care of us! Our food was amazing! She made sure our orders were right and was very kind despite our order being large (5 sandwiches for my family and I). She was very kind and definitely made a positive contribution to my experience at this location!The other employee there wasn’t very kind, but Chanel’s kindness and conversation definitely made a lasting impression. The cafe was very clean and cool.
