I visited this store on 11/24/25. I hadn't been to this location in over a year because the service was terrible. Thought I'd give it another try. I was greeted by Furabee. Both her and Shawn the shift lead were great. They helped me figure out what sandwich to get because I was indecisive. I will be back to visit again. Thanks for the good customer service you two.

The customer service with the older man is great. He is so nice. The older lady in the morning is so wonderful. Her customer service is impeccable. I like going when they are there. Food was made with love.

Lady that was working there she was very patient she was polite and she sure made a mean sandwich for me not sloppy or anything very groom sandwich and wonderful personality and most of all customer service excellence

Get a new manager ASAP. This location used to be our family favorite but ever since she has taken over management it’s horrible.

The atmosphere was nice. It's a nice little subway spot. The staff was kind and welcoming. The only issue for me the prices are way too high. Almost $20 for a footlong combo. Smh

Young lady was not very good at customer service, loud, impatient, & repeating her questions while my daughter's looked at the menu. Old gentleman there seemed more peaceful. If we return we will ask for him 🤷‍♀️

Everytime I order my sandwich I pay for extra meat on it, and have yet to receive it. If someone pays for it, they get it, simple as that. It’s ridiculous.

Not sure if server was the manager but she was rude. Didn't smile. Kept asking what we wanted while still looking at menu. Was also rude to her male staff. She was just rude

Subway was my groove until today. This location is right by my house so I would come 3 sometimes 4 times a week and it use to be the best. Until they changed management. It was fast, friendly and food was good. Today and the last few times not so much. The manager today was very rude not just with me but her employees. I always order a steak. I know it's 2 scoops. She barely gave me one. When I said something she told me this is what imma get. She's busy. I needed to order few more subs but she was rushing me because she had all these orders coming in through app. Where the hell was the customer service. I vail on that and today, I made a decision no more subway. Plus, when they changed rewards program I lost all my points. That should of been sign to stop going too. I threw my sub away because it really was all bread and went to Jersey Mikes. Jersey Mike's might have been expensive but today, I got a great sub great customer service and my reward points. That's my new groove now. Sorry subway, you should really care about reviews and customers. Because I know there's been a lot of bad reviews about that manager

Very clean subway!! The ladies were extremely greetful and sweet!
