First tacobell since I left my home state that actually does amazing at their job. My taco was visually full and fresh and my quesadilla was cut into crisp triangles. This crew did outstanding and will without a doubt pass a core. And for customer service, employee Kisha broke the charts. I love how friendly she was with me. Asked if I wanted to use my rewards account, asked for sauce and if I wanted to use the card on file. 8/10 most tacobell wont ask u for the card on file they would just charge u with it or expect u to give them a form of payment. But Kisha asked me. Thanks to her and the crew working with her on 03/11/2025 at 11:31am, they will pass core. My mother who is a supervisor of tacobell in my home state was on the phone with me and even noticed how excellent Kisha’s customers service was and was mentioning on how she would love for Kisha to work with her. That she needs employees like her in her team. Kisha deserves recognition for this because employees like her are very hard to find. Thank you.

Crunch wraps are ALWAYS soggy. This is the only location that they're like that. And it's funny bc this one is the closest to my house so it's not the drive. I'll go to any other location and they're still crunchy when I get home.

First I said I was dining in and she packed my food to go and the tacos barely had any meat plenty of lettuce but hardly any cheese..BTW this is the manager. I will never eat there again.

Kind of upset. Just ordered a tostada and got nothing but lettuce- no beans. After requesting that my food be altered because it lacked beans, I was told "it has beans, the 'thin' ones", which was a very thin, unnoticeable layer of refried beans smeared under the small amount of lettuce. I don't expect it to look how it's advertised, but what is this? These beans are Kate Moss "thin". The only reason I'm not rating 1 star is because the cashier was very friendly and had the other order that was made wrong remade. By the way, this was a black bean and rice bowl without cheese, and it came covered in cheese and had no visible rice.
I ordered a grilled cheese burrito with two sides of nacho cheese sauce and the burrito was barely even stuffed, my cheeses were empty, no nacho cheese. Just lazy employees, I don’t recommend going to this one.

My kids love Taco Bell, however my son is allergic to the nacho cheese there and so we always substitute it for three cheese blend but kid you not Every time we get our order it’s got nacho cheese all over and or forgetting items. When I call up there they offer to remake and STILL mess it up. This time I cannot afford to Uber back up there and they put nacho cheese all over his Crunchwrap and when I called the “manager” named Kelly hung up on me and I called back and she could care less and didn’t even offer me a remake or to come back at my earliest convenience. Very rude. Don’t know how you mess up a mobile order when all instructions are very clear. 0/10 horrible experience EVERY TIME
