I don't know how the food was. I'm out of phone service so I tried to log in to WiFi at your store to go on the app to get my free food but the WiFi is crappy as all get out. So I was never able to get my free food from the app. ?

we ordered a party pack through the drive thru and while eating noticed that the meat was not proportionate and only on the side of about 4 soft tacos and were charged for a freeze and given the incorrect flavor when i called about the order and asked about a discount the person i spoke with essentially called me a liar because they made the tacos themselves and if i wanted to i could bring it in… i arrived with pictures and receipt in hand and he refused the pictures and said i needed to bring the food back so he could see for himself … he was combative about the situation and then when asked about the drink he then rushed to grab the new one after seeing the photo of the incorrect drinks but refused to see the photo of the incorrect food. i have never had to return food after it was bought. if tacos bell’s employees like to be combative and call customers liars then i definitely would not recommend this location whats so ever.

This is by all means the worst damn place to go they was acting like they ain’t want to work and like they couldn’t take they damn time to package people food and then like they was aggravated about someone pulling up too the damn window… like if you don’t want to do ya job why apply there??? And also how do you hand someone a drink and not hand them a straw… like do better

This place was disgusting. The lady at the front was rude and didn't care I was waiting for 45 minutes for a simple order, then 15 minutes after I told her I was missing it. They opened a cheese and put it in my bag. Worst taco bell ever.

I've wondered why this place is empty inside and the drive thru is always busy; I have come to this place many times and there are always 3 people serving, when you arrive they want you to order at the self-service machine they have there, when you tell them that you don't want to order there they get upset and serve you poorly. I think that it is not an obligation for the client to order for that machine if he does not want to, that is why they are there to serve the client. I love the food but I will prefer order from outside…

Keandre (my bad if I didn’t spell that right) was awesome!! He had one of the best customer service I’ve ever had and even though they were out of basically all the good drinks he came through with a drink sent from the heavens! My husband and I both agreed it was hands down the best drink we’ve ever had. Thank you for this amazing experience that man deserves a raise!

I just witnessed someone else's food got dropped on the floor in the kitchen and got put in the bag...that was disgusting,I won't recommend ordering here.
