They didn't open for 30 minutes after the posted time and staff was rude. price of my ticket didn't match the price of the menu.

I came a second time. the manager was extremely rude and insulted me. the staff was incompetent.

When I come in and Uber during the day it is normally so much energy they are nice, clean, and have everything ready to go. So I trusted coming in myself and got a big fail fail the street chalupas was apart of a 9$ box no problem great deal non soda options offered brisk tea great THANKYOU. but I open the chalupas and this is what it looks like there is no meat literally I can count the pieces the chalupas are flat. I'm astonished I have worked at the corporate one and I know for a fact this is unacceptable. Live Mas this one make you never come again or at least not at night. The drive through person was bland no energy honestly probably tired but to say you cant do steak or chicken it should have been something special or up sold we can but it's extra but to tell me only one type is possible had me checking myself like wait a minute I swore they allowed modifications even if it was extra I would've paid but he shut it down immediately. There was no rush no line it was almost 11 at night no reason I wasn't at least up sold I would've paid it to try both flavors. But I'm happy he didn't if they were gonna skimp out on the meat if I wanted a grilled cheese shell I would've gotten a quesadilla sad.

0 stars! The girl at the drive thru only filled my dragonfruit slushy ⅔ full and didn't even mix them. Then proceeded to childishly argue that this was how the product was made. I called the store back and the manager had me on hold for over 10 minutes and left me to hang up on them. That's how worthless they wish to treat their customers at this location. Service value of a kick in the nuts!

I don’t typically leave reviews for fast food. But listen, it 12:38pm. I ordered at 12pm, my food was in my hand by 12:05pm. I’m still here enjoying my food in the parking lot. The parking lot is clean. In this area, huh? And then the first thing I noticed when I walked in was that the air conditioner is pristine. Okay, cool. Love that. And then I had to use the bathroom. Baby, listen, they clean those things regularly. I’m always anxious of public bathrooms but this one was clean, stocked and smelled amazing. Is that weird to say? Idk, but i was grateful! But let me not leave out the two gentlemen inside. I only saw the two. Maybe there was more but those are all I saw. Both smiling, both working and both friendly. Idk what this location pays but bump their pay for sure because wow. I have such a hard time finding good customer service in Killeen. These two were top tier. They deserve recognition because you can’t teach kindness like that.

I was there for a Uber order I came in. Nobody was at the counter and his other driver or pick up order. This guy was standing at the counter too staring at people in their drive-through and there’s one lady came with a tray to get to a customer in the lobby with for their food. It took me to call the store and wanted the manager on duty answer so it needs to be some kind of organization there to where someone is working the front counter at all time no matter how shortstaffed you is it must be somebody at the front counter all times tender and Uber driver orders, or DoorDash orders And that’s it

I ordered the supreme lux box on 05-17-25 around 0350pm. Not a thing in the box was correct besides the beefy 5 layer which was cold as if it was popped in a microwave for 10 secs. It looks like someone punched my hard taco, I ordered the chalupa with beef and didn’t receive beef, and I got no cheese nor the mild sauce I ordered. The workers need to be re-evaluated, punching/squishing food I payed for is unacceptable. You guys get 0 big booms
