All Im asking, is that you throw your old food out, and make food to order. I called to ask the same, not sure they cared. It's not normal for 4 different chalupas, that are being advertised as a hot/new item, to be absolutely rock solid.
Managers/Owners should be doing their due-diligence in preventing this from happening by passing on the right kind of mindset and training to their team.
Drive-thru was a breeze, and our order was taken well by a younger guy, and the lady who took our payment was very kind.

food was great but customer service could definitely been improved, i stood in the lobby for over 10 minutes waiting for service but it seemed everyone was in the back on the window , EVEN WINDOW SERVICE WAS HORRIBLE.

Ordering online is such a convenient option these days, isn't it? I find it incredibly simple to browse the menu and select exactly what I want. Then, the drive-through pick-up is always incredibly quick, which I appreciate! It saves a lot of time and effort, which is a win-win in my book. Overall, it’s a very pleasant experience.

I get yall arnt a chicken place but you can do better then burnt over cooked chicken strips. Chicken strip taco was horrible.
A pretty decent taco bell, gotta knock it down a bit for no longer having breakfast. And fair slow but good service.

Was in line and placed my order. Before we pulled up we seen two cars before us get back in line due to order missing items. I live tight by the taco bell. Went home and checked my order . I was missing items. Called the store and JEFF answered the phone. I told jeff I was missing items . First thing Jeff said was “thats a lie” “i packed the order” after we literally just left the drive thru and checked the order. I advised JEFF he was wrong. I came back through the drive thru and Jeff was laughing and hanging out the window. I asked for a manager and Jeff got smart at the mouth and argumentative . As I was talking Jeff hung up the phone .When i asked for my items or a refund for the missing items. Jeff said no and slammed the window door. Finally a manager came a heavy set white guy and said no I cant get my items that were missing or a refund and he was trespassing me . I recorded the whole thing . The manager on shift and Jeff need to be retrained on customer service and professionalism. Jeff smelled like alcohol and his eyes were red. I asked for a Dm or GM info and Jeff slammed the window. Then the manager told me to leave without fixing the issue.

I just wanted to shout out Victoria for her amazing service at Taco Bell! She was friendly, patient, and super helpful with my order. You can tell she takes pride in her work and really cares about making customers feel welcome. The food came out fast and fresh, and she made the whole experience way better. Give this girl a raise — she deserves it!
