Today was my first time here. I just tried Birria tacos for the first time last week. I never order them because I didn't know what it was. But now I'm hooked. The owner was really nice and professional. Out of all the Birria I've had so far this place is my favorite. AND they give you four tacos instead of three😍 This place was worth the drive and the blazing heat. When I crave Birria again this will be my go to place.

Paid $45 for two cokes & 2 mini birria plates that didn’t come with sides. Most definitely a rip off and he most definitely doesn’t have pricing online or on his truck for that exact reason. The tacos themselves weren’t even tasty enough to justify paying over $4 per MINI taco and the fact that the plate didn’t come with sides for that price is just greedy. You’re better off going to Los Pinchis Tacos where we paid less for two birria plates with sides, beer and a frozen margarita.

I visited a friend in Killeen (I’m from NJ) and we went to this place the last day I visited and we both agreed it was the best food we have had this whole trip! I ordered 4 birria tacos which came with consommé for about $17. Although this may be pricy to some, I’ve paid $20 for 2 birria tacos back in NJ. My friend ordered the birria ramen with a side of tortillas and a drink which came to about $15. Both the tacos and ramen were so fresh, flavorful, and packed with meat. Other bonuses: the woman behind the counter was also very nice, there is nicely decorated outdoor seating with another food truck close by, and they accept both cash and card. Definitely a must-try if you’re in town!

Unprofessional, this establishment creates their own time and doesn’t even care enough to let their customers know that their restaurant is closing early this happened to me three times coming to this restaurant (520pm ) even checked their fb no they didn’t post

El Patron Taco truck was a hit with my family. The littles loved the chicken quesadillas. I had the poboy sandwich (battered and fried chicken breast with slivers of hot dog and avocado … I didn’t like it. The Birria tacos were delicious. This is my #1 choice.

Good fresh made to order tacos.

Such nice people! I had the birria tacos because of all the reviews saying how amazing they were, but they were just ok… I got that and a lemonade and it turned out being more than $20. I understand food truck items cost more but the lemonade itself was $5 and it’s clearly not fresh lemonade and had a strange taste. I love me a big plate and will devour everything but like I said the birria tacos were just ok (not so good) so I didn’t even finish and threw away):
