Always love going here. Trinity and Mike are our favorites. Food is always hot when it gets to the table and the check ins from the servers are perfect. Not to much not to little.

Waited 30 mins on deck after checking in. Hostesses looked in our direction yet never acknowledged us fully nor asked us our status. We did check in with the hostess stand roughly around 7:55pm (when we got our message), and we're told to wait in front of the large window near Deck 3. We were just a party of two, and yet larger parties got seated before we did. Decided to leave and spend our money at Chili's down the road.

My server name is Aria. She was great with everything. A rare combination between a saleswoman and customer service. I had the 23 Oz porterhouse and it was cooked exactly as I wanted. During the time in the establishment, at least one other staff member. Ask me if I'm doing okay. So here you go Perfect late lunch!
I had an awful experience at this restaurant. First, I was seated with no silverware. I ordered a fully loaded sweet potato with my meal, but after they brought my food, they told me they were out of sweet potatoes and asked me to order something else.
When I finally got my Bone-In Ribeye, I had to flag down the waitress for silverware. She said they were out and gave me plastic utensils instead—every single one broke while trying to cut my steak. I then sat for 30 minutes with no service before getting up to ask the hostess for a manager.
After explaining everything, the manager refunded half the cost of the steak and the sweet potato. But after dropping off the final check, she disappeared, leaving me to pay at the table tablet.
I left a $0.00 tip because the service was absolutely terrible. This was my last time ever eating at this sorry establishment.

Waiting 50 mins after reservation. Then to wait another 50 mins at a deck..got here at noon.. got bored waiting for my table decided to leave a review... its 3:15 pm right now.... there needs to be a better system... i feel like in the last 6 months service has gotten slower and slower... still waiting for a table...update 3:28 pm got my table.. was a mess waited another 3 min for someone to clean... if you they are short staffed i understand but the system for waits are not great so get here early.. the food is great and worth the wait most days.
It was my first time visiting the famous Texas Roadhouse and it did not disappoint! The wait for the food was extended because it was a weekend but other than that, service was quick and friendly, and the food was hot and delicious! I ordered the smothered chicken, my husband ordered a steak, and my mom ordered the smokehouse burger. All dishes were savory and cooked to order. Out of all of the dishes, the biggest portion was my mom's burger; I was able to clear my plate in one sitting and so did my husband with his. It was a nice overall experience and I will be back to try the burger!

My family and I frequent this location OFTEN. Unfortunately this last visit put a bad taste in my mouth. A huge cockroach scurried across the bar, ran onto the floor and to the first both on the right closest to the bathrooms. It then ran up and onto the ledge where me and my family were eating and it was disgusting. If there is one there is probably more. It’s truly unfortunate that I can’t see this establishment the same.

Due to poor waitress service we were unable to enjoy our meal. It took over 20 min for her to bring a replacement sweet potato for my husband. We had to ask for drink refills which had no straws. We had to get to go boxes from a different waitress because ours was missing as usual. We got our appetizer after our meal was served. Only thing great was food was good. Oh and the happy birthday song was normal by some waitresses but one actually screamed at the top of her lungs in a very unpleasant voice.
