My sis n law got the German Food truck and the schnitzel was realllllly good. I got Simply Good Burger and the woman running the truck and doing the cooking is so nice. She was really patient when i asked her about the menu. She made sure to make all my food fresh which I definitely appreciate. For that reason, expect it to take at least 15-20 mins but that's not a complaint.

Window World Waco, Texas, had my house windows replaced about ten years ago, around December of 2021 I requested a warranty replacement for a small bathroom window. With COVID, employee vacancies and turnover it took a year for me to get a replacement window. Sahara the newest service rep made sure that I was kept updated on my request for a replacement window. Cody replaced it today. I'm very pleased with the final resolution of my problem.

I just visited the Korean Yum Ramen food truck and got the Lo Mein and Cucumber Salad and they were both amazingly done. Very flavorful, the veggies weren't over cooked, you can take a the different spices with a slightly sweet finish to the noodles, the beef was perfectly cooked and the owner really seems to care about her customers and her recipes. I couldn't recommend this place enough!

"La Palapa / Mexican Grill" (Phone #: 512-935-0903) is by far my favorite Truck.... I love Tortas con (extra) Barbacoa with some raw Onions and a bit of Cilantro. I absolutely loved it, the flavor was like taking a bite of ambrosia. My bread was toasted with love and perfection. The Barbaco was fresh and juicy... with just the right amount of raw Onions and Cilantro; which are the only ingredients I personally prefer. "La Palapa / Mexican Grill" (Phone #: 512-935-0903) is now my "Official To Go Place" in all of Central Texas.... and it's been here all along, at the Killeen Food Truck plaza on Fort Hood Street (Hwy 195).
Woah. I must say I have always drove by this place and today I just couldn't get my taste buds to agree on one place. So my boyfriend and I decided to go to the food trucks and it did not disappoint. Most trucks were closed but we happened to stop by two of them. Sailer's Food Truck: We ordered: 254 Nashville Hot Chicken Sandwich, Truffle Philly Cheese Steak with a side of Mac n Cheese Balls. One thing I must say this place wasn't busy but it was moderate so it did take a while for us to get our food. On the bright side, she threw in some S'mores Cupcakes because our food took so long. Overall, I really did think the Chicken Sandwich would've been spicier, the bread got soggy really fast. It had a wonderful taste though. My boyfriend on the other had ate every last piece of his Philly. Well done 8.5/10. Roll Up Food Truck 4 of their Specialty Crab Rangoon Egg Rolls. 100/10 I was not disappointed. Those egg rolls are better then the Regular Crab Rangoons you'll get at a Chinese restaurant for an appetizer. Do not over look this place. Please or you'll regret it. You can even sit in your car and wait, they will for sure text you when your order is ready. Amazing: We will go back soon. Especially if I see that more of them are open.

Wasn't bad although most of the food trucks were out of service when we went so I'll be nice lol. Simply good burgers was just that. A simple, good, burger. The fries that came with my meal was also really good. Probably my favorite thing but I'm bias because me and fries have a personal relationship we also ordered the crab rangoon egg rolls which weren't bad at all thanks to the sweet Thai chili sauce, but to be honest I was hoping for better. The parking lot was the worst tho. Horrible drivers and people just being careless about the surroundings. Will be back to give another try, hopefully I'll be able to try the other places.

Our first time & we ordered majority from The roll up food truck. Everything was amazing. The yum yum sauce on the fried rices was icing on the cake! I loved how it made it taste that much better! The California nachos best eaten ASAP (lol) but it was still good. Pizza egg roll was a great idea & the kids loved it! Sailers: Tomato basil soup was good with the 3 cheese grilled cheese. Mac & cheese balls was delish. Simply Good Burgers: The burger was plain due to my picky eating 11 year old but next time I'm gon get all the works! So many more trucks to try! To be continued....support your local small businesses!
