used to order from this spot at multiple times. The food is not inconsistent. The owner is terrible. The food takes a while to come out. They made a mistake with my order. She wanted to charge me for the entire order again instead of just the extra dollar or so for what I wasn't charged. She also refused to acknowledge the mistake on her company's part and wanted to make me wait more and charge me again. Terrible service!

Not happy at all with this place!. I do uber on the weekends and I drove across town to come pick up an order just to find that they had closed almost 2 hours early. Even though both on the app and on their door, it is posted that they're open till 11. Someone in management has failed on updating schedules that are used by customers. Customer was definitely not happy and it cost me money. EPIC FAIL👎👎
Nice little place for a quick meal that is somewhat healthy. Drinks are a must.

They are so slow in store and in the drive-thru. Eveeytime I come here, it takes them 20 mins for a smoothie and they're never busy! Where is management? Do you not see the reviews with the wait times being ridiculously long???

I came in to grab an order only to watch a guy clean for over 5 minutes without speaking a single word to me. Customer service needs to be taught again or for the first time. A simple “hi welcome in ill be with you in a moment” would've changed everything.
Also, does this place not have sponges or cloths to wash the blenders? Some tall curly headed gentleman dug his fingernails in the blenders and splashed water in it. And then not wash his wands.

So tell me why the menu is false advertising. You list a chia banana boost for 7.89 on the menu but I get to the window and its 8.29 plus tax.

Despite I like this place, their staff is really bad, their attitude isn’t the appropriate and they are not doing their job in a timely manner because they are on their phones. Drive-through it should not take for a client to get inside of the building to get started with the food.

The smoothie I ordered was absolutely delicious—great flavor and exactly what I was hoping for! I’ve noticed some reviews mentioning rude staff, but in my experience, it seems more like they are understaffed and stretched thin rather than intentionally unkind. The team does their best, but this feels like more of a management issue that could be improved with better staffing and support. Overall, the product itself is excellent, and I’ll definitely be back for the smoothies.

Tyreak the assistant manager, has no business being a manager. If he continues to work there, I will refuse to continue my business with tropical smoothie. Knowingly mess my order up and not wanting to fix the issue is a problem!
I always come thru the drive through to pick up my mobile order. Today I did this and the woman who answered said we just got your order we have 9 orders you probably should come inside. I said I know I’m a few minutes early I will just pull ahead. At this time my blood sugar was low and my ankle hurts. So pull ahead and notice minutes go by as a lady keeps bringing people behind me orders out. I ask her about mine and she said I told you to come in because you have to give us time with an attitude. Keep in mind it’s already been 15 minutes several past my pick up time. So I follow her into the store and ask her if my order is going to be made she replies yes and goes to the pick up area inside and hands me my order which is melted. So she purposefully didn’t bring my order out. I was polite up until then because that is terrible customer service and I told her that. Come to find she is the manager. Some people get authority and it goes to their head forgetting so treat people with respect and kindness. Her customer service needs attention. Review the camera and you will see exactly what I’m talking about. This was around 2:15 today. The young lady making orders with grace remade my melted smoothie. Wonderful young lady. She made the situation a 100 % better.

I pulled up at 7 waited for 20 mins with no one coming on the mic. I pulled up to the window the guy states that he didn’t hear the mic alert him that we were in the drive through. I asked for my order that I ordered ahead. I get home and there is a bug in my food. I probably will never eat here again, but when I called the guy told me to come all the way back up there to get a refund. Absolutely ridiculous. I have the video it will not let me upload but let take a still shot.
