True Texas BBQ never disappoints! The food is always fresh, flavorful, and served hot, but what really makes this location stand out is the incredible customer service. Kimberly and her staff go above and beyond every single time. Kimberly greeted me with a smile, made sure my order was perfect, and checked in to make sure I had everything I needed. You can tell she truly cares about her customers and takes pride in what she does.
The entire team works together seamlessly, creating a welcoming environment that feels like true Texas hospitality. Great food, great people, and consistently great service — that’s why I’ll keep coming back. Highly recommend!

The reviews seemed promising but this places is way below the average TX BBQ. The brisket chopped sandwich was 6.5/10 but the bun was dry...pulled straight from the back of the store on the bottom shelf. The mac and cheese was decent, potatoe salad NASTY and the banana pudding might have just been...pudding. The pudding was 3/10 because it had a waffer cookie crumble on top and not actually waffer cookies in the pudding. Overall, I know there are way better TX BBQ than this. This was just a quick stop.

I spent some time with general manager Nina. She represents the company extremely well. She answered every question that I had about the various menus including the Thanksgiving holiday special order menu. She appears to be a brilliant planner and a thoroughly effective hands-on manager. Every employee that I came in contact with was friendly, efficient, and helpful. Now I know it is because of Nina's leadership.

So far the best baked potato I have had from any restaurant. My husband got BBQ in his and it was full of meat, he loved it! Plus the only restaurant you can go to and that don't ask for a tip. Very affordable to eat here.
Food tastes good, but beware if you order to go, or on a delivery platform as orders are consistently lower quality and not made to specifications (unfortunately). We never get bbq sauce and sandwich came with a low quality bun that looks like a bite was taken out (bag still had “anti-tamper” stickers so it was unlikely to be delivery service. Photo is of sandwich before trying it.
