My wife and I ate lunch at the HEB In Killeen, Tx. On 8-9 and 8-10. We ordered brisket, ribs and Mac and cheese both days. This will, now, b our go to place for BBQ. The brisket is smoked to perfection, with perfect moisture and tenderness and the ribs, WOW, need no sauce. They r seasoned with HEB sweet heat and r melt in your mouth, like butter. I took myself on a date to my favorite place… Not only is H-E-B my favorite grocery store, but it’s also my favorite restaurant. I tried the burnt ends one day because it was close to closing and the only meat option because everything else was sold out…. And let me tell you, these burnt ends are all I get now along with my all time favorite tasty cornbread! All the food is amazing and delicious! It’s so True that “No store does more than MY H-E-B” 💜
Karla is super sweet and the most nicest person I met she treats every person served like a bff and she’s always smiling and helpful of what to order and what’s great to try 10/10
