The reviews seemed promising but this places is way below the average TX BBQ. The brisket chopped sandwich was 6.5/10 but the bun was dry...pulled straight from the back of the store on the bottom shelf. The mac and cheese was decent, potatoe salad NASTY and the banana pudding might have just been...pudding. I spent some time with general manager Nina. She represents the company extremely well. She answered every question that I had about the various menus including the Thanksgiving holiday special order menu. She appears to be a brilliant planner and a thoroughly effective hands-on manager. Every employee that I came in contact with was friendly, efficient, and helpful. Now I know it is because of Nina's leadership.
