Never prepared! Stopped at lunch once. I was thw only customer...and after 12 minutes of waiting to have my order taken I just left

The entire experience was trash!
Long wait just to get cold food.
Horrible customer service.
Frosty melted while waiting on remaining items in order, realized exactly why it's been years since I have dined at Wendy's. Now I understand why they are closing hundreds of locations!

They messed my order up 3 times thats with us being in there. I ordered 3 Chocolate brownie frosties. That was the only thing they did right. My chicken classic sandwich i ordered was only to have Chicken & Cheese only no sauce no veggies and it took about 30 minutes in a empty restaurant. 2 cars in the drive thorough. Definitely understaffed and unable to comprehend simple directions or orders. I shouldn't have to say I want 3 Chocolate brownie frosties more then once. It was
Me: good evening id like to order 3 chocolate brownie frosties.
Wendy's employee : 3 chocolate?
Me: yes 3 chocolate brownie frosties
Wendys: 3 frosties? What flavor?
It went down from there.
The chicken sandwich was the same way and still was wrong.

My experience at this location was poor. I ordered food to feed my family of four through the drive thru and had to wait 32 minutes for my food. By time i received my food the fries were cold the frosty I orders were melting. Will not be returning to this location again.

Super hard to speak in person or drive thru staff talk very low and with no interest at all on serving or trying to understand you neither make themselves clear when speaking, also very slow even in the less peak hours. Even if you go inside or to the window they still mess up your order very few can be mention as an attentive staff and friendly enough to correct others errors.

This morning I thought I would stop at Wendy's for breakfast. I went through the drive thru. They young lady working the drive thru was extremely rude. She snatched my card from my hand. She spoke with a serious attitude in her voice. She gave me cold potatoes. I asked for easy ice in my drink but got lots of ice. When I gave her back the cup to remedy and give me easy ice, I also gave her my food back and asked for hot potatoes. She again snatched the bag from my hands. She then asked me to pull up. There was no one behind me in the drive thru line so I sat there for a while contemplating whether or not I will complain about the attitude. I eventually pulled up while waiting on the potatoes. She finally came out and rudely asked me to pull up some more. When I did, I asked her what's wrong with your attitude this morning? She stated what is wrong with your attitude? I said well, I'm on my way to work and I love my job. Maybe you should find a job you love, cause it appears you don't want to be here. When I looked in my bag, I had very few potatoes although it was suppose to be a medium sized potato. I have give this Wendy's many opportunities to at the very least provide a good customer service experience. It appears they are unable to do so. I do not think I will ever go back to this Wendy's even though it is the one in my neighborhood.

The lady cashier was extremely kind and helpful, I went around 5 pm. I want to acknowledge her customer service and praise the staff for quality of food.

Staff is great here, but my biggest complaint is that mobile orders have been disabled for weeks. Extremely frustrating.

0 out of 5!!! Fries were cold and weren't salted and my Dave's double cheeseburger was cold and the bun was rock hard. Give places the benefit of the doubt, but not this time!!!

Came in to get some food. They were slow it was 4pm. They took my order in a timely manner. I asked for a Dave’s double with no onions. When I got my food it had onions on it, no cheese on it and it seemed like the meat has been sitting for like 2 hours. It was not fresh. The fries were semi warm. Had to ask for ketchup and only got like 4 packets for a medium fry. This needs to be fixed. I am very disappointed in this and I like wendys
