I make my delivery order through Wendy's website and never received it. They canceled my order and I didn't receive a refund. When I called the store, they told me they didn't know how I could get my refund. The person on the phone was the manager, she was very rude disrespecting me and even laughed when I asked for my refund. The worst service ever!

I went through the drive through and it took forever because they forgot I was at the speaker waiting to place my order. Then when I pulled up, they were about to hand me my food and I hadn’t even paid yet. They had so much going on at the window but I handed her my payment and said I need to pay for this. Then I get back to eat my food, and it just wasn’t good.

I orderd my meal at 3:31 pm on jan 20 thtough uber . I orderd the mushroom bacon cheese burger meal and a chili . How do you forget to put bacon and cheese on a burger titled mushroom bacon cheese burger ? O cant leave work or i wouldnt have had it deliverd . Smh do better people

This Wendy's on Ft. Hood street is the worst establishment. You ask for fresh cooked nuggets and they keep giving you the old ones under the light!!! Go to Clear Creek Wendy's if you want fresh cook food...all you need to do is ask and it REALLY gets cooked fresh!! 195 Wendy's need some more training about customer service...I had to go back twice that's ridiculous!! If it wasn't for the customers they wouldn't have a job?? Don't want to cook change your profession!!

My French fries oil was so bad I couldn't even eat them. My sandwich was not supposed to have any pickles, and it was loaded .by the time I unwrapped my sandwich, it was ice cold . I asked for a Diet Coke. I got a regular Coke, and you would think for the money that they want to get paid that they would actually do their job right, and that was a manager who helped me. So sad

I visited the Wendy's on Fort Hood Street for their Veterans Day free meal offer. Despite the manager's announcement at 10:22 stating that the deal supposedly ends at 10:30, they intentionally stopped taking orders in all, making us wait around 20 minutes only to be told the deal was no longer honored. Very disappointing and disrespectful to veterans.

I called to speak with someone about the fact my sandwiches came with no bread, even though there is no way to remove or add bread on the app. the woman I spoke with got off the phone with no warning, and the manager got on being extremely rude. she had an insane attitude and was not helpful in any way whatsoever. no offer for a remake or anything. absolutely will never order from here again. terrible food, terrible people.
