Terrible terrible experience. Waited in line for 20 minutes to be told they were no longer taking orders and only handling those ordered through DoorDash. We asked how they would go about honoring these coupons they sold. The manager on duty refused to communicate and left another employee to go back and forth. this location absolutely sucks! I ordered my dinner via steamless and the restaurant let somebody else walk off with my order. instead of remaking it and giving it to the driver to deliver to me, they told him that they were not going to do anything and they canceled my order! absolute worst customer service ever!! if you can't even keep track of whose food is supposed to go where you definitely should not be in the food service industry!
I would simply because the food is usually good but it's slow as hell inside most of the time!! I'm not eating hear again because this is the second or third time I've come in and several of the employees are handling food without gloves or hair nets. Two guys have long hair with no hair nets and one has a scraggly beard!!
