Was there on a Sunday afternoon, with my kids. They were generally short staffed...the guy at the front wasn't very patient...sorry bro, nothing personal. My children noticed, too. He was probably tired. I didn't mind him much but when we got home, we realized that our nuggets were all spicy. None of us asked for spicy nuggets. So my kids had to throw them away. Didn't want to drive back there to complain....it's a Sunday afternoon! So, be on the lookout. Make sure you don't get the wrong nuggets.

This is the worst Wendy's I have ever visited. They were super disorganized, they were not receiving Moblie orders as they should. Staff was overall disorganized and overwhelmed. Only one of their tv screens for menus worked. Which made it really hard to order without the app.they really tired hard but it was just horrible.

We stopped in to get some FRESH fries for the family. We ordered four (4) large orders totaling $12.31. Just fries! I'm not sure why it was so hard to give us FRESH fries. We even waited for them to be cooked. The employee(s) think they're slick by mixing the fresh fries with the old stale ones we had given back. Disgusting 🤢. People want FRESH food, not fast food...

I recently visited Wendy's with my family of six, and while parts of the experience were good, one issue significantly impacted our visit. My family received most of our order quickly and without a hitch. However, my personal order of a chili and a Frosty took an additional 30 minutes to arrive. The staff were incredibly patient and kind throughout the entire process, even while dealing with other frustrated customers. I felt bad for them, as they were clearly working hard. It seems there was a bottleneck specifically with items like chili and Frostys. While the rest of my family ate, I waited quite a while. I understand fast food can be a demanding job, but a 30-minute wait for these two items, especially when the rest of the order was prompt, is excessive. Hopefully, Wendy's can address this specific delay in their preparation of chili and Frostys. The friendly staff deserves a more efficient system to work with, and customers shouldn't have to experience such a long wait for individual items when the rest of their order is ready.
