The customer service at this location was good. They had a great staff that was super friendly and got our order right. My husband enjoyed his Spicy Chicken Sandwich and thought it was prepared perfectly along with his fries. I was not impressed with my Baconator Burger. It was dry and tasted like it had been sitting around for hours. It did not seem very fresh. My fries were soggy and greasy. I was not impressed with my order.

This location is worth the stop if you're craving Wendy's. Although my lunch was not the best, my husband raved about his, and they had great customer service.

Most of these have you pull forward and wait for your food.. I had to pull forward with no one in line. All locations in Killeen TX have a problem.

I have to say, the chili at this Wendy’s is absolutely HORRIFIC. What I was served today is an insult to customers. It’s watered down to the point of tasting like flavored water, the texture is dry like dog food, and there’s absolutely no balance in flavor—either completely bland or so salty it’s inedible.
Wendy’s, people are spending their hard-earned money expecting a decent meal, not something that looks and tastes like it was scraped from the bottom of a pot and called “chili.” This is not acceptable. Customers deserve quality, consistency, and actual flavor—not this lazy excuse for food.
For the sake of your reputation and for the consumers who continue to give you their business, DO BETTER.

As a traveling nurse I worked a 16 hr shift and decided to spend my hard earned money at this location. I had a terrible experience at this Wendy’s. The food I was served came out with cold meat, which is completely unacceptable. When I tried to call to let them know, none of the phones worked, making it impossible to reach the store directly. On top of that, the staff I encountered had rude and dismissive attitudes, making the situation even worse. This location seriously needs improvement in both customer service and food quality. I definitely won’t be coming back.

Our food smelled so disgusting. The people working there in the drive through seemed so lazy and the overall atmosphere was gross and I never been so disappointed with the quality of service and food. Extremely greasy even more than usual for a fast food place. I should’ve read the reviews before wasting my money.

They also got my order wrong as I just saw.

Waited at least 10 minutes at the counter waiting to order. Resturant was not busy. No one even acknowledged me. Manager and two employees there and no one said anything. I just walked out.
