The burger wasn't cooked when I ordered it...it was waiting. I don't like to be mislead and that is what your new advertising is doing... Misleading me.

I can forgive once or twice forgetting food and fixing it after bringing it to attention. But when you deliberately bag the wrong sandwich completely and then hand over a knocked over and half spilled frosty through the window, that's a little extreme. All and all, kind of really disappointed this time around

I just ordered from this Wendyâs and the manager thought I wouldnât approach her rude, neck popping, snappy, childish behavior.
Iâm currently sick and I received 2x10 nuggets ( burning hot but obviously old original and mixed with spicy) and two orders of fries ( steaming hot on the top, stonecold at the bottom. All limp, no stiffness, but that wetting cardboard mush feel. Some even hard to eat like, they must have sat for AWHILE at the bottom of the fry basket/under the heat lamp. Not a fry cook, wouldnât know the terminology, no disrespect intended. ) I call to ask the manager if my food was microwaved before pickup and she tells me at first ( which I have recorded, DISTRICT MANAGER feel free to reach out to me) âwell, itâs DoorDash so itâs takes awhile so whatever ââŠ.I corrected her and told her it was Uber eats, and we went in circles ( because she was irritated and didnât care or want to be on the phone )âŠ. âYour food wasnât microwaved, I remember this order, well if you bring EVERY PART OF THE ORDER NON EATEN YOU CAN HAVE YOUR MONEY BACKââŠ
1. Nuggets canât be completely tested until itâs in your mouth, I have one half eaten nugget in my stomach. Do I take it out or I get nothing ? No maâam.
2. When was it a policy to argue when you know you microwaved my food instead of making it fresh? Wouldnât it be easier to just remake it or refund it ? Especially if Iâm telling the truth?
3. WHO IS THIS LITTLE GIRL TALKING TO? We are adults, I didnât curse until she did, after I wouldnât accept her bs stipulations. Iâm not infecting people by choice, especially in food settings (which I told her).
4. She shouldnât have a position of power if your mindset is âthe easy routeâ. A , just throw old food in the microwave because it âAiNt MiNe, theyâll be FiNeeâ mentality will get someone sick. One day sheâll throw something in the bag under temp ( which already happened based off reviews ?) and give food poisoning or not wash her hands and serve the world her germs. Youâll always be a failure, and it shows in your work ethic and how you treat others.
Someone needs to address the staff here because this is ridiculous.
Side note: I will be launching a formal complaint with your Corporate office, District manager and food and health maâam and Iâll bring this trash food back to you. Letâs hope your kitchen has as much attitude as you did when I called about my food.

me and my husband ordered the krabby patty patty meal no only was the burger basically squished like flat but both my meal and his meal plus fries were cold. the first time it happened we had it delivered so we thought maybe its cause it took them a while but we went to the store this time and food was still cold we definitely wont be comming back here again the food and the service is terrible.

3 becuase the food being fresh was overshadowed by the horrible attitude the host named zanyla had. She rolls her eyes at everyone including the manager. And you will have to ask her to repeat herself constantly during your order because she will not speak up.

Great service at this location. The assistant manager, Seth, is always polite. And Nyla (at the register today) gave me excellent service & made me feel very welcome. Will definitely be coming back! -
