Burger cold and bun hard! :-(
Wow, bezz believe i placed my order in drive thru at 2:23am, got my food at 3:34am. The food was warm, not hot, and $27.00 ouch. 2 sandwiches, 2 med fries, and a med shake.
DID I FREAKING MENTION OVER 1 HOUR IN DRIVE THRU LANE.
Whataburger, the force is not with you, and you are not one with the Force. No, I am not igniting my lightsaber and saluting you. In fact, I am removing my kyber crystal, smashing it to dust, and leaving my lightsaber hilt to local Jawas to never be found again. Get it together, guys.

It never fails everytime we come here the fries are ice cold! For $30 for two patty melt you think we could at least get warm fries!!

Not much hate towards them, but the managers are not too great. One fired me because I threw a tablet on the ground and because of my attitude. My attitude I could get because I tried to give three separate people food, just to find out it’s not theirs and was told to run a dine in. The tablet situation has me completely lost. If I was to throw a tablet on the ground then I would have gotten an invoice, or I would have gotten charged. It was a simple bag for a tablet that fell. But then they try to hire my friend after firing me, then terminates them before he could start his first day because of a simple app. An app that he didn’t even know how to set up. When I didn’t know how to set it up someone had came to help me but when my friend doesn’t know what to do, he gets terminated?? That makes absolutely no sense. I’m not saying who told me this, but I know who told me this with proof. Working there was all good until about my 2-4th month there. I barely talked to anyone because not much of them was worth talking to, or I would have felt ignored completely. They always said to me that they could help be flexible with my schedule so I told them every event that I’ve had going on, from months beforehand to requesting off and asking the day of if I can leave early because of what I had going on. Two days before I got fired I asked to leave at nine and I was schedule till 11. The first manager ignored me flat out and the second manager didn’t let me leave until 50 minutes was left on my whole shift, that led me to being late to my event, and I got fired that very next day. After all of that happened, I lost all respect for that Whataburger. I wish them somewhat the best, but I’ll not be putting my money towards that Whataburger anytime soon, unless I absolutely have to, or unless I’m with someone. Because that was straight up wrong. *as stated in this message, I have my proof of what I know and said*

Either they just don't make french fries or they don't like giving out french fries, gone there.Twice, they completely forget my french fries and I'm a fatass for French fries so screw this one on trimmer!
Came through the drive thru and placed an order for Patty Melt Meal. Told the young man not to add any mayo nor the pepper sauce just wanted ketchup and mustard on the sandwich. There was mayo on the sandwich and it was very sloppily made. I attached the receipt and picture of the sandwich.

They charge you for sauce but don't give you the sauce you pay for. Happened to me twice. No more whataburger.

This is the slowest Whataburger I have ever went to. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else. Took them 27 minutes to fix my food. Stop worrying about that damn app and get your customers their food out in a timely matter.
