Made two separate orders and was told by the drive thru worker they were out together as I tried to check the bag. Once I got home, I realized they had shorted my order. This was the second time this has happened (caught it the first time).

Drive thru was courteous BUT you might have to let them know its a modified 🍔. Husband tried to tell her how we wanted it & kept being interrupted over and over. It was like she was in a race to beat the other lane 😃. Window cashier was nice. Receipt order looked good but 🍔 were not right. We still enjoyed the nicely made burgers. Fries, but a fan.

Did an online order for two meals and two apple pies. They bring out drinks and two burgers. So we have to go in to get the fries and apple pies. But not only do you have to check the bag before you leave but you also need to try the drinks also. The receipt says lemonade and sweet tea.. yet we get all the way home and it is all unsweetened. And again we get home and the receipt clearly says sliced jalapeños.. nope. So when we go to this location. Check the bag try the drinks and tear the burgers apart. Ridiculous.

Had the audacity to say “sorry for your wait,” then give me the BEST Jalapeño Cheddar Biscuit I have ever eaten! In fact, this location has hit 100% of the shots they take. Exceptional customer service, ticket time, and quality.

Just wanted to shout out the lunchtime drive thru staff today! From ordering to arriving at the window, the young ladies were so pleasant and upbeat. Great service, especially from the window cashier. I’ve seen her working a few times. She is always cheerful. As a customer, I’m very appreciative of this! Thank you, again!

Telia is amazing. Every time I come in she is always helpful and sweet. Today on the $0.75 Anniversary we ordered in the parking lot because the store was packed. We walked in expecting a wait because of the amount of people. She had our food to us in 2 minutes. Not exaggerating. Telia exemplifies everything that we as customers need from any business. She is never idle, she helps, looks to assist in any way, she is kind, has the memory of an elephant and she will do anything help her customers.

What horrible service…. I sat there eating watching door dasher after door dasher wait up to 30 mins being told they have to wait because of fries or some dumb excuse. So the 15 cars in the drive through plus the dining customers all got food but these worker need to wait what a joke. Why treat those guys so crappy they are trying to make their income as well and they just shun them like they’re lepers
