I just want to say I ordered 2 #27 one with sausage the other with bacon everyone knows when you order the meal it comes with a side of hash browns then it has hash browns inside the bowl I received no hash browns only the hash browns that were inside the bowl the biscuits we're hard as a rock the sausage was dried out in the hash browns taste like rubber which I live in Cove I called the store they told me I could drive back and pick up the hash browns and the sodas are toocarbonated I just will not go back to this business I've never had a problem like this was the one Cove

Each time I come to this place its always a 30-40 minute wait. Service sucks terribly. Most of the time, the tap to order machines aren't stocked with receipts or placards ethier.

The manager Miranda so amazing! Our order was wrong in drive thru. I called and let them know and she took full accountability for the food being wrong. She said next time we come in we would get 2 free meals ( what we ordered). Came in today and she remembered and took care of all our food today. She was wonderful. I will continue to come back to this location.

I have just picked up two Uber eats orders in a row at this location. When you walk in at night, you’re far from greeted and more subject to receiving service if somebody happens to be by the front counter and accidentally sees you. Staff seems to get food out in a reasonable period of time, but the customer service is severely lacking. Because I’m there to pick up an order for Uber doesn’t mean you can’t greet me politely and tell me to have a nice day like I was a normal customer. Service would personally make me not choose to eat there Regardless of the fact that it’s a very nice looking clean restaurant and the food seems to come out packaged and made with care.

It is with great sadness I have to give this visit a failed visit. The customer service really sucked. I repeatedly gave my order more than 5 times and the guy still came out and asked my order again and again. I asked for no bacon on my salad more than 10 times and still got bacon. The fry’s were way too salty. Then to make matters worse the guy told me that to get salad dressing with my salad would cost me 2 more dollars. The salad was $10.99 where did the dressing go? This was the worst service and visit ever. They need help really bad.
