I can't believe I have to explain this to you, you're a bunch of adults but I'll bite, delivery drivers are NOT your paid employees, it is NOT their responsibility to make YOUR customers drinks, the delivery drivers responsibility is to pick up and deliver only, your PAID employees are responsible for making the drinks for YOUR customers. Delivery drivers do not have food handlers permits and are not to make or prepare food or drinks only deliver. Common sense is elusive to some I know but this is the way or I'll be forced to inform health inspector about the violations. Thanks have a great day.

Horrible customer service. Owner shall look at the restaurant and hire people who have a customer service driven focus and not ask every little thing to the manager or co workers. Horrible customer service and from start to end. Big mistake and I rather drive to haker heights and eat at that location where I know the managers are on point with their crew. Another thing am a chef so I know wings take at least 15-20minutes to prepare, with that being said they messed my order up and asked them to rectify it and 2 minutes later am brought wings which shows the food is not fresh and it is prior cooked. Am sorry if I am paying for something to eat or feed my family I need it made to order and not given food that was prepared ahead of time.

I’m not sure what they put in this recent batch but the wings this visit were amazing. I got a 10pc bone-in honey hot rub all flats (my usual) and it’s delicious. Like perfect wings lmao. Ion even leave reviews like that, that’s how good they were. Nice and hot, tasted fresh, no old grease flavor, they weren’t dry, & the rub was great!

Order was wrong came back for correction waited over 30 minutes for 12bbq wings when I told it would be 10 minutes. At this point the other food I did have that was correct was now cold. Some employees laughed every-time they asked me what I was waiting on, there was 2 ladies that were super nice tho. But the rest was just insane. Will not be returning to this specific location.

As a Uber driver I absolutely love this Wingstop quick as you are going to get with Wingstop that I repeat is not fast food but good food. Orders made as you check in extremely knowledgeable team members at counter and they quickly build rapport! Good job Wingstop!

It was a busy Saturday, and alas game day was upon us. The manager told us there was going to be a wait, and there was a new hire on the front counter, but that manager, was cool, calm, and took control of the establishment. Doordash orders were superfluous, walk-ins were even accommodated by the manager. She told them there would be a wait for take-out orders, but like a boss, she politely offered everyone waiting a complimentary drink while they waited. Excellent place. When I walked in, the new hire had just gotten yelled at by what I believe was a washer. Then manager was so caring and sympathetic, I was taken aback by such a leader. She had her new hire's back. This place is awesome.

This restaurant is dishonest and does not respect their own refund period after 3-7 business days. It remains to be seen if the refund was issued. I placed the first order which I canceled because of a mistake I made. I placed the second order which I waited 2 hours without receiving anything. When I called the restaurant, the manager said that he canceled the order and that I would receive a refund for my two orders. So far, I have only received a refund. I placed the order on August 3rd and arrived on the 15th. I only received a refund. I called several times and was told that the so-called manager was busy or unavailable. They took my information and said that they would forward my information to him and that he would resolve my problem. So far, nothing. When I arrived at this famous restaurant, I was told that the pseudo-manager never received my information. If that's not theft, what is it? The girl who saw me on Sunday the 17th told me she was a manager, but strangely enough, she was unable to verify my information. This restaurant is rubbish. Here we are on August 25th, and I still haven't received my money.

This place goes more and more downhill each time I've come. It's ridiculous. This food isn't cheap for it to be cold or not packaged correctly, where it falls all out of the packaging because they want to shove two orders in one box. You can tell they do not care at this location. I'll be taking the trip to Copper's Cove from now on.
Save you a trip , I see why there are so many negative reviews
