Very bad service the manager is rude and she’s rude to employees and Customers, I will never come back to the store again Came back in the store today, New manager in there. I don’t know if she’s new but I have never seen her before store running so much better the girl let the cats register today at 5:57 did great great customer skills.

i am a dasher and everytime i get an oder to be picked up from here i hate it .... let me Explain. I am always late with my order. Because it takes these people forever to push out food. Today I picked up an order. I was ignored at the front desk while 4 teenagers sat there and yacked away about third lives. Finally, after me asking for help, someone helped me with an attitude. Then I waited 32 minutes for a to go order. This is very unacceptable and I hate it. Hate it when I have to pick up an order from this establishment.

My first time giving Zaxby's a try and they didn't disappoint. The chicken was very nice and tender. French fries were extremely good. The order was done promptly. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Definitely not opposed to coming back.

Everytime you come to this place they make you wait for the food in the parking lot. They never give you the food in the drive thru…

This was a waste of money. They gave me some stale, dry chicken wings and tenders that had been sitting there all day. It was nasty and I got asked my name literally 12 times and they gave me the wrong food at first. A restaurant full of kids playing and joking around. I won’t be back.

me and they didn't pay attention to their customers.

I live around here and consistently have visited this location. After the rollout of their hand-crafted lemonades, they never (literally never) have the minute- maid lemonades on the Coca Cola freestyle machine. Just seems pointless to have a drink machine with so many flavors that are never stocked. Seems like you’re forcing customers into the up charge for the hand crafted.

DO NOT GO HERE if you want fast food and you want your order right. 5pm on a Sunday and it took 25 minutes to get our food, then they STILL forgot some of the order (mind you, it was only 3 items!) It also took 2 people looking at our receipt to remember what was ordered. It used to be good and fast. Now it went downhill bad! Won’t be going back.

This was extremely cold nothing what I ordered and the manager said I order my food through Third party but it’s still being made by them so why blame third party take accountability! This is the worst to go to!

Just ate at Zaxby's for the first time. Had the Surf and Turf box, plus other meals. It was hot and oh so delicious. Fries are top notch as well. Had enough for 2 meals. Slaw was delicious too. Didn't realize you have fried pickles on the menu. I'll order that next time. We will definitely be back.
