First time having Zaxby's in TX since we moved. The same goodness as we use to in GA

I love going here, the chicken makes my stomach happy and my heart full. I could eat Zaxby's for every meal, even a midnight snack. I've never had a bad experience here, I don't know what the others are talking about.

keep giving the only location we have here a chance and time and time again the experience gets worst. Ive learned my lesson this time, No More Zaxbys in Killeen. The service is horrible, short and choppy inpatient teenagers taking orders, I can hear their personal conversations, they have no customer service etiquette and to top it off I pay too much for popcorn chicken that are suppose to be boneless and im always missing my exra sauces I paid for!! I always have to check my bag before leaving the premises cause something is always wrong. Don’t worry I won't be back, ive given this location way too many chances to get it together.

Forgets something in my bag everytime. Even when I ask before I drive off they lie and say it’s in there when it’s not (sauce, forks, or straws)

I stopped by this Zaxby’s at 11:00 a.m. today and unfortunately had a frustrating experience. I asked them to put the fried chicken on the side of my salad instead of on top, but they didn't do that and served it directly on my salad anyway. It’s a small detail, but it made a big difference to me. While the staff was polite, they really need to pay more attention to special requests.

I JUST GOT SERVED RAW CHICKEN FROM HERE STAY AWAY!!! on top of that they’ll NEVER put extra seasoning on ur fries if u order it. terrible service overall and the fact i was served RAW CHICKEN. whoever is in that kitchen needs to stay away from food. And whoever is thinking about eating here needs to stay away.

HEB has better wings (frozen HEB wings) than this place. The only ok option are the tacos. The chicken is too salty. I placed an order online at 1100 to pick up at 1200, and I had to wait for 25 minutes in the parking lot to get my order.

As soon as we walked up to the counter the lady yelled at the other staff members because she was having to cover the drive through and lobby… while she was staring at us. We were the only people in the restaurant. Then the lady proceeded to dust the vents while we were eating in the restaurant…. Seems like a task that could wait until people aren’t consuming food.

I missed zaxbys so much, but walking in this one made me sad. They really dont care if this one is clean or not. The bathrooms i wouldn't even use.

Took over 20 minutes just to get a chicken sandwich and a couple wings. That’s not fast food or fast service. Talking about we put 2 free cookies inside…. Smh

I do not like having to leave negative reviews. Especially,when the service was great. The young man who took my order through the drive thru was kind and cheerful. As was the woman who handed us our order. However, up on opening our containers our food wasn't so great. The chicken wings were smaller than my fingers, the chicken was dry,the toast and French fries were hard for both meals. The only thing that was good we're the cheese bites and drinks. The meals aren't cheap and it's not the first time. Again, the customer service was great. Loved the attitude and the mood. We love Zaxby's but this meal wasn't it.
