The sandwich was made to order so it was great. The only issue I have is with the bacon. It seems like it's not cooked enough. I have to ask for them to precook it before toasting the sandwich. Also, I was missing an item. Drive up to the window, no one came to the pick up window, tried calling, no one answered. Had to go in and finally hollered to the back where they were to get waited on. They need a bell in the back when someone comes in the door and they need to answer their phone.

Just ordered online and took 21.00 out of my account and they say the dont have it! Put my money back! By the way my brother was in there and he just told me the employeeswere laughing at us. Well wont be coming back! Yall can watch your pay check drive away!!!

How hard is it to read? Placed online order, picked up and got home. 2 sandwiches incorrect. Cmon, read. The order receipt was correct. Read. Do you people read? No responses to other complaints from owner so obviously they don't care.

Visted for dinner for the first time since they moved to the new location and was not impressed. Subway is really the only franchise sandwich shop I like and I was highly disappointed. They got rid of the mozzarella cheese on 'The Boss' sandwich and they barely put any provolone on it and I couldn't see them making my sandwich or else I would've asked for more. Then when they were finishing up I asked for salt and pepper and they doused it in salt and pepper. I could barely eat it and was far from finishing which is disappointing since I ordered a footling. My mouth literally stung from so much salt and pepper after just a few bites. My husband's sandwich had the exact same problems and he got a different kind. Will eat at a different location from now on. I will say the new building is very nice and from what I could see pretty clean especially compared to the old location

As mentioned in earlier reviews beautiful new store, disappointing when they are out of jalapeños which totally ruin the sandwich for me also understand they were out of Ghost Pepper bread. we have been going to Subways since we moved here in 2011 the other issue is very limited choice on chips disappointing and as i found out today Friday no longer offer free cookies on Friday.
Well, Subway just lost our business. Removing Coke and Dr. Pepper in place of Pepsi. Goodby Subway

The new building is nice and so clean. The staff seems to have changed quite a bit and generally there is only one person waiting on the customers. There is another person in the back does not come up yo help. Although friendly, employees need to be more customer focused and finish dressing the sandwich at hand prior to waiting on next customer.

It is extremely disappointing that a beautiful subway location can’t stock the store correctly. How can you offer a combo sale and THEY DONT HAVE ANY CHIPS AND NO PIZZA DOUGH. Sounds like someone needs to look into this WORST YET — never an apology was made 😞
